I have been a long time customer of this location and would have recommended this location to anyone needing makeup. However, this week I had an awful experience there. I will be taking my business elsewhere. I tried speaking with the manager but felt very dismissed. I called and left the owner a message, and it was never returned. Very disappointing.

I typically buy my mascara from Walmart, but I tried on of these and I absolutely love it. Not to mention, Melissa, the Rockstar, is super friendly. She wasn't pushy and I appreciate that the most. BTW, she also does make up, bikini wax and has other talents. Talk to her, and she can tell you about it. Super talented woman right there!!

Melissa (with the long pretty hair) did the best make over I have ever had. She gave me many pointers and tips, my eye makeup was perfect and it suited my taste. I really hope I can recreate the look she gave me. She was very nice and attentive. I highly recommend. Also, I love my new Merle Norman skin care and makeup Melissa helped me pick out. Thank you Melissa!

ANY time I have ever gone in or called, the service was impeccable! I’ve been wearing Merle Norman foundation since I was 17, it has always been THE BEST foundation! People always ask me what makeup I use and tell me I look much younger than I am! I’ll never leave Merle Norman makeup…and the lip pencils are Amazing too!

I had never used Merle Norman cosmetics before. The colors are beautiful and the products are very nice. I bought lipstick, blush, eyeshadow sticks and eye pencils. Nelda helped me and I had a good time as well! Great experience, convenient location, quality products and folks who know their beauty business! Can't wait to go back!

Five stars! Moved to Abilene and found that no one sells the brands I was using while living in the metromess. Needed some new lipstick and eye makeup. Nelda was in today and she is awesome. MN is awesome with some great colors. I am set! I will be back! I felt like I was talking to an old friend! She knew what colors would look great and was so much fun! Can’t wait until I need something else!

I scheduled an appointment with Angela for Saturday at 10. It’s 1020, I’m sitting in the salon waiting and she cancels on me. Okay, things happen. We reschedule for Tuesday at 10. She messages back and says she can’t do it until 12. Fine. She messages at 1130 the day of my appointment and says she can’t do it until 1230. I’m here, on time, sitting in the same chair where she canceled on me the first time. She hasn’t acknowledged me at all and has just started a color. I guess she thinks I’m going to sit here and wait for her all day. But I’m going to finish this review and walk out.

I would never use any other make up other than Merle Norman and the employees have always been extremely friendly and helpful. Also, knowledgeable about colors and skin care etc. Excellent service and I always leave happy with my purchases.

I went in to buy some make up and there was no one in the store finally a girl with short blonde hair came in she was so rude and had the most unpleasant look on her face. I wanted to get matched for a new foundation but she was acting like my being there was bothering her so i left. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone
