“WOW! I ordered a BRCC coffee mug from Lone Star Dry Goods, and they did a wonderful job packing it for shipping to prevent and damage or breaking as it traveled from Texas to New England. They included three really cool and quality stickers in the box also. If that wasn’t enough, a personal note thanking me for my purchase on the receipt was the finishing touch to make me a return customer. Thanks again for a great shopping experience LSDG!”
“I had a return for an online purchase I made that was too big. The guy working the register was probably one of the nicest and most professional people I've ever dealt with in a retail setting. He was extremely helpful and ordered the size I needed for me so that I wouldn't have to pay shipping again.. He was sympathetic to some issues that were brought up also. I was going to talk to the manager about how great he was but it turned out that he was the manager. His name was Nick at store 449. His number is 251404. I hope someone sees this and he is commended because he was an extremely helpful and sweet person.”

“Absolutely fantastic customer service!! Melanie was simply awesome!! I wanted to check on some dress pants I received a web add for. The pants were not at the store but she encouraged me to order as I could return at the store free of charge. So I did. Pants were too long (which was my mistake) but I returned at the store with no issue (Kudos to the young gentleman who served me as well!!!) and got great fitting pants just 4 days later.
