Stuff is not very knowledgeable in their products I understand you cannot know everything in the whole store that's impossible but if you're working in one particular section and you don't even know what a lawn mower blade is are specialized blade like a detaching blade and you don't have any idea what even what is going on that's a problem.

I went to return an item I had purchased with my receipt in hand. They wouldn't return it. I was told it had been over 30 days and that's their policy. They still carry the product. I offered to pay a restocking fee but they don't do that. Over 10 years of shopping here. They're not the only show in town. I now do my business with Home Depot. 0 Stars

Wanted propane. Online says 82 in stock at a certain aisle and bay. Get there and propane nowhere to be found. Had to ask and they sent us across the store to another bay and propane gone, but it says i can order and pick up in 3 hours . I live 30 miles away why cant i buy in the store. Inefficient

I had gotten a mower I needed returned after being discarded at another location, and Hannah was so WONDERFUL here! She made everything a smooth and pleasant experience! They accommodated me and got the mower from the vehicle as well which helped so much?

I built an in ground sprinkler system for my home with everything from this store. Never had an issue returning any of the fitting I didn’t use or if they were incorrect. The sprinkler heads I purchased did not work. So a week later I dug them up and replaced them with new ones from the same store. I went to return the 8 ones I had just dug up and purchased a year ago. I was told these would not be able to be returned and I needed to talk to the manager about why. So he came and we spoke and he told me there was no way these were in the ground for only a week and that he wouldn’t be able to give me anything back for them. He reiterated that I likely just purchased new ones and want my money back for them to get my new system for free. I’ve never had an issue like this and was shocked he didn’t mind losing a customer for life over a $40 group of sprinklers.

I actually really like Lowe's for the part. Their employees seem more knowledgeable than the other brand, but you may have to wait a bit longer to consult with one while they help another customer.
However, DO NOT USE THEIR INSTALL service. It goes to Angi. Angi will continually message you in the middle of the night, the night prior to scheduled install, that you are now rescheduled to another date 3 days out. 3 nights later, rinse and repeat. I ended up giving up and hiring my own installer.
I looked at Angi's reviews and it's full of people claiming fraud. So, on a scale where a company is fraudulent is 1 star, that's Angi. I can't rank Lowe's the same, but I can't rank it much higher either for using the fraudulent company.

Absolutely horrible don’t buy appliances there. You have 48 hours to try out your washer then they will not help you even with 157.00 protection plan you hav to call manufacturer ill will not buy appliances there lol where would I go not sure
