Discovered through a different oil change business entity that the oil filter housing was torqued so hard that it was messed up. It was originally taken off by Toyota for an oil change and check of the oil filter. Human error occurs, things break. I get that. But to not have told me to begin with speaks volumes. So glad the new business caught that and told me about it. Toyota stop upcharging people for your mistakes or breaking things and not telling the owner. Not bringing my vehicle back to you, ever.

I am a 64 year old Mom with 3 kids. I decided to buy a car for one of my kids going to college and I must say, I had an appalling experience with the sales reps, especially Devon Upshaw.This is one of the worst places to buy a vehicle. They are very dishonest, rude and have no clue on details of the cars they sell. I wish I read the reviews before visiting this place. Horrible reviews all over. Avoid this dealership. I will be taking my business else where..

It was good it was different this time I was there just to pick up a part that I ordered the last Few times I was there I bought a new vehicle. But things change when your wife's divorce is you and takes it all. Everything that you all had put together worked hard for. It's gone.

I have bought my last three Toyotas from Lithia. My next one will not be here. The customer service is terrible, staff are rude and they just want to make money. A few days ago I had a nail in my tire. I went in and they were very cold and unfriendly and said they could not help me. I was ok and went to Discount Tire where the fixed my flat for free. However, while I was waiting, an elderly lady said she had been there since 4 and it was 5:40 at the time. She told the guy she had to be somewhere soon and asked what she should do. The Liyhia employee said, " you can get in the car and go." Very rude tone. I looked at the lady and she looked confused and embarrassed. The guy was so rude and no help at all. Place is terrible in all departments.

This review is not for lithia toyota of abiline itself. If your planning to buy a 2nd hand car in lithia company they have a third party warranty insurance called DEALER MECHANICAL SERVICE. make sure you read the fine print especially if you avail the extended warranty even though you didn't use it its pro rated.!

I went just before closing time to simply get an idea of what I wanted. Erik Miranda found exactly what I needed within a few minutes and worked late to finalize the deal! I'm thrilled with the car and the price! The whole experience was pleasantly simple.
