We were in the Potosi hail storm in May 2023; the next morning, we called to get on the schedule to repair the hail damage at LH; they said we could pay our insurance down payment and they would order parts to make it a shorter time without the vehicle. It took 9 months before they said the parts were in. They doubled the estimate once they saw the car and said it was totaled. As we were waiting to hear the next steps from insurance, they had our GMC for almost two weeks, and they left something on and damaged cells in the battery, so when we picked it up, they had to jump it off to drive off their lot. There were never any problems before taking the car to them. I called and spoke to Wendy, the Body Shop Manager; she apologized but said they were not liable for the battery, and she talked to someone higher than her to get this information of not being liable. She was the one that had to jump the car off when we picked up.. AutoZone explained that cells are damaged if they are run down and left to sit without recharging, which will damage the battery. All to say, I’d never recommend Lawrence Hall again, they do not do the correct thing when it was clearly their fault.

Put my car in for the air conditioner air going real low they changed out the cabin filsir they tried to say that was the problem but it's still doing it These people are not very trustworthy

Adam Keidl's the best! Today was my first car purchase and he helped me secure a car I needed so desperately. Super friendly and helpful. Very understanding as well as honest. He informs you on all the details about the car and doesn't beat around the bush. Would recommend buying from him if you're a first time buyer or just thinking of getting a new car. He does his job well and thinks about the customers.
