The building and the restrooms are very clean, the attendants are very nice, welcoming and helpful and the atmosphere is pleasant ?. I will recommend this location to my friends and family.?

I was at another laundromat and their power went out. I went and the experience was so amazingly wonderful. Although the other one is closer to my home this is where I'll be going from now on. It seems to be well protected and cared for.

Your laundry mat is excellent, your attendants however are rude and disrespectful. I watched them accost a customer and demand she removed clothes from a dryer claiming they were dirty,she had washed them at home and was going to use the dryer, she removed her items from the dryer and the attendant threw the rest of them who belonged to a customer who had to run an errand into the dumpster. This was unacceptable behavior for the attendants, there was no need to be rude and disrespectful.

Thought they were great by day, started coming here because they seemed friendlier than another similar place in town, plus free dryers, plus ice cream bars?! Awesome. But first I notice they like to chain off the biggest washers when they're clearly functioning, I suspect to either make us split our load and spend more money or to prioritize their dropoff service.Then I discover that if you come in after 8:30pm your money isn't worth the same experience. Don't know if the owner is too cheap to pay his staff to do their closing work after customers leave or if they just don't want to stay, but being gradually hemmed into a narrow corridor of the property like a trapped animal while waiting on my laundry because I work night shift now ain't it, guys. If you don't want to or can't be open and serving paying people till 10pm, well, you literally set your hours, just change it! I had to pick up and move twice to convenience the employees when I'm the one paying to be here? Nah, I'll take my business somewhere else.

The employees are helpful and congenial but the washers Bd dryers have several that frequently are out of service. So, you may have to wait on a washers or dryers to fee-up. Its worth it, though.

Please don’t say u are open and then by 7:30 or 8pm you guys are closed . Just update the time u open and close!!!it,s been happening alots lately ?
