6-24-23 Inspection on F150 on a Saturday. Wasn't busy around 4pm. Closed at 530 i beleive. Took 15 minutes at the most. Jeremiah showed great customer service and was quick. Will setup online appointment for my daughter's Colorado pickup next...will give another review after her experience.? $$

Poor customer service I went to get a inspection I was able to pull right in and waited almost 30 minutes a asked what was taking so long seeing I was the only one there and they told me the inspector was on the phone and I needed to wait bad customer service

This is only my third time to this location in about 9 months. I have never been impressed with this place or the help. I would think that if four people are working and one is changing oil that three of them instead of standing around talking could be checking the air in the tires or perhaps checking to see if the belts were okay or might need to be replaced soon. It is a shame there is no customer service because we're too busy chatting. This will be my last visit to this business.It is no longer called Avis it is called Valvoline and they claim the only thing they have is full synthetic oil.

My son took his truck July 1 to get an oil change. Two days later he has a leak in his oil pan that he did not have before taking his truck there. He took it back and they said, not our problem. Very disappointed in their service. If there was no leak before taking the truck to them and then there is a leak after they worked on it, how is it not their problem?

I called Avis to ask if a certain location was open that Google maps did not show, the representative was very courteous and helpful and said let me pull the invoices up for this location and see if they're doing transactions because that would be a good way to find out if they're open, and sure enough they were. Wasn't that just the most helpful thing ?

Slowest oil change of your life. There will be 10 people standing around and it takes an hour plus to get out of there. That's after they start working on your truck not including the wait to get in....

awesome service here!! i had my oil changed at the firestone down the street and they didn't properly reattach my splash guard, but when i went to them to have it looked at, they said they couldn't help me because they changed the oil back in may. i immediately went over to avis lube to see if they could help me because my car was making an awful scraping noise. Justin helped me without hesitation by simply removing the loose splash guard (something i guess firestone couldn't do???). he also told me exactly what to order for my car and that he'd put in on for free!! as someone new to the area, this is exactly the kind of device and helpfulness you need as a customer.

Being told my "car was too low for a state inspection" was disappointing and irritating, I already knew the vehicle was too low though before talking to the worker I suppose (it is at stock height of around 4-5in of ground clearance and not lowered) as it scraped over their poor uneven sloped concrete driving into the back of the parking lot, and has only scraped at construction points when turning off of roads here before. At least the worker who told me they won't accept my service was friendly and didn't waste anymore of my morning.
