Used to be my favorite place to shop, when Susan Chapman and Naomi ran the place. They became my best friends, my favorite shopping experience of my life but I came in today, was ignored and treated like I didn’t exist. I wanted to buy some shirts and a cup but I felt unwelcome and uncomfortable. So I just left instead. Really hurt my feelings, and I won’t be back.

Came in to junk warehouse today expecting junk and a little bit of wear, got a rude awakening, when my friend was harassed by a short lady with glasses and blonde white hair. Saying oh it's great that you work, as if we were homeless?!?! She asked multiple personal questions about our life where, where we lived, what street we lived on, and if we had jobs?! Why the interrogation....? This is a horrible establishment, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone over the age of birth...

I have loved this store for over a year until recently I had asked about having a scobby shirt made for my 4 year old daughter's birthday and was told yes so I was then told almost a week later shirt was ready but couldn't be in the store until 1 pm which was a conflict and so I was told I would get a $20 gift card for the inconvenience well when I went to pick the shirt up after 1 on the day I was supposed to pick it up and was told it wasn't there so they call the other lady who makes the custom shirts and she tells them she hasn't brought it to the store yet so I then tell the lady work about my gift card she says yeah she said that but she didn't give me a gift card so we left a week later, I message them and ask about the shirt and was told "since we couldn't meet your deadline it wasn't made, but we will give you a $20 dollar gift card." Well now I have a broken heart 4 year old and when I went to pick my gift card up on Saturday at 4 pm they had already closed for the day and I still have yet to recieve a message from them about it after messaging them to tell them I had went to pick it up and they had closer a hour and 30 minutes before they were supposed. And I live a hour out of town. I am so dissapointed in them

Can’t say enough good things about this place and the people who work there! Everything they have is super cute, and you will never walk in and get anything but the most warm and caring women greeting you! My mom and I are frequent shoppers and always will be!

From the minute I walked in, I was greeted with friendly faces! They are set up so cute and such reasonable prices ! I absolutely loved Gypsy Jo’s stuff and the freshies were my favorite! Employees were very helpful and personable! I will definitely be back!!

Junk warehouse has everything but, junk!! I was looking for a specific look for my daughter, for a special event. They pulled out all the stops. They were patient, friendly, kind and VERY professional! #junkwarehouse4life
