Moved my grandmother from Abilene two hours away. We were promised two 26 foot trailers. We got a 26’ and a 15’ trailer. They could not fit all of her belongings into the trailers. The owner said he would make it right and get the belongings the next day. He did get the belongings and then charged us for the third trailer. Trying to talk to him he was unwilling to make it right. Use anyone else. When the company messes up it is their responsibility to make it right.Edited 01/15/2024As you just openly admitted. You charged my 83 y/o grandmother for two 26’ trailers. You moved her in a 26’ and a 15’ trailer. To add even more insult, you charged her extra for the extra day of labor since all of the items could not fit in the provided trailers so an additional trip was forced to be made. So I fail to see how this was a good price/good deal. I would give zero stars due to the added day of labor we had to pay for and the lack of equipment previously agreed and paid for.

We have used Joe Movers three times now and each time he is professional, easy to communicate with and works quickly and diligently! I highly recommend him!

Joe and his crew did an excellent job getting us moved and communicating throughout the whole process. They got us loaded in Dallas and to Abilene all in one day.

I had 2 hours to get all of the furniture moved onto the truck. My son and I helped load the truck and they ruined one of my cabinets, it just fell to pieces. I would says very unprofessional! They knew that they had 2 hours to load and unload so they were SO SLOW!! In fact, they could've made a second trip, and got the rest of my other small furniture! I had some large pieces, not a whole house. When we got to my other house, they were not even going to leave the broken cabinet!!! They were done with everything in an hour and 20 mins. Then spoke with Joe, the owner, and he did not try to fix anything AT ALL!!! Not happy with this company! I would give this rating a zero, but that's not an option?

I cant say enough good things about these guys. After calling every moving company in Abilene, Joe’s came through with a short notice move. They showed up on time, got things loaded and unloaded quickly and efficiently, they were gentle with my antique china cabinet and carefully moved EVERYTHING I had, and they really just took the stress out of moving. Thanks again guys for all your hard work!
