I go here all the time, didn’t realize the hours had changed cause it says online it closes at 8 but apparently they close at 7 now? Anyways the doors were still open and my friend and I walked in at 7:06 to get yelled at very very rudely that they were closed. I normally don’t get upset about these things but I’ve never been spoken to so rudely before.

Went today to purchase some rubber cement. Took it to the checkout and waited 6, 7 minutes. Nobody in site!
Left my items and will chalk this up to a bad experience. They don't need my business if they aren't even willing to check me out at the register.

I placed an online order on Nov. 26th for some black friday deals. These were Christmas decor items. It is now Dec. 27th and they have not even shipped. Now it's past Christmas and I do not need or want these items. I have reached out several times and only get vitual responses that are of no help. Do yourself a favor and do not place online orders with this company because you have no idea when or if they will ever come.

I was passing through and did an online order. The Joann ap said the store was open until 6p and so did google. When I got there at 5:14p they were closed. The person at the register was nice enough to get my order but the person who handed it to me lectured me about Joann’s process and not to try to pick up before the ready notification. I thanked her and wished her a merry Christmas but she just slammed the door on me.

Went in looking for 10 sheets of red cardstock which they clearly had plenty of and I could have purchased however the rude lady working in fabric said as soon as I made it to the paper isle “we close in 10 minutes.” Instead of asking if I needed help that’s what she said rudely. I said, “I thought y’all closed at 8?” And she responded with, “yes we do but we’re closing in 10 minutes.” Clearly they close in 19 minutes but whatever. I decided not to give them my business because that’s just rude. I went to Michaels and purchased my items there since it’s literally around the corner. If this is how every customer is treated here no wonder the parking lot is always empty at this particular location.

I love the bargains I can get on yarn here. I also do online ordering and never seem to run into problems and the staff are always helpful and pleasant. If ai had a issue I wish the yarn department was well stocked more often but even then this store is still great.
