Don't deal with this company, if something goes wrong they won't take ownership they just blame you for it, what a joke... jm4. information is key..just be honest with your customers about what they ordered and you won't lose customers..., and I didn't get snappy with your employee, when i called you guys I asked what was going on with my order and your employee tells me my order wasn't in stock and I asked why yall didn't tell me that when I ordered and if yall had any other holsters that would fit before i canceled. , now yall just making stuff up....and If cancelling my order makes me snappy then im guilty....

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!Strongly recommend you go elsewhere rather than dealing with this company's customer service. Order fulfillment is a joke and while the holsters are of good quality, their customer service is dreadfully useless and inadequate. Primary order was "lost" (thank you USPS) and they (JM4 Cust Serv) had to "wait" for 7 days post arrival at the distribution hub close to my home before initiating an "investigation". They then waited another 7 days before a replacement order created and several days more before it was shipped. We are now up to 40+ days from the original order. Surprisingly, the original order arrived at day 45+ and then JM4 requested a return of which I was willing. However, they only provided a USPS label with NO Pickup. They insisted I take time to drive 10 miles to a PO rather than easily sending me a FEDEX label and scheduling a pickup. I explained that I was not going to go out of my way to drive to the Post Office and my neighborhood only has community boxes (I work from home and am a Disabled Veteran) to drop off the box. Now they are now sicking their insurance company, and most likely a collection agency, on me!

I used to have their original magnetic holster. Great holster, but didn't fit my new gun that well cause it sat too low for me. Bought a high ride and this thing is absolutely perfect. Customer service is top notch as well. I made a mistake when ordering cause i needed an optic cut but it didn't go through. Sent an email and got a phone call 5 minutes later to correct it and make sure that it was the right one for my gun. Highly recommend these guys.

I have carried a firearm 90% of my life, and after 24 hours of using this holster, I was impressed now on day 3, and I'm blown away how comfortable this holster is, and it totally hide my Sig SP2022 from view, well done.
