I find them to be honest and trustworthy I was extremely impressed with the fact that we had left a small nugget on our first visit we hadn’t even realized it was gold. They had no way of contacting us but he held onto it hoping we would return. When we did he remembered us and returned the nugget to us, we we so surprised and impressed with his honesty and integrity. So when I say Highly Recommended that’s an understatement.”

“I love Spencer's! The employees are all very friendly and knowledgeable about products. It was very crowded of course on Christmas Eve and the ladies working, located and gave me exactly what I was looking for. “The people at Kay's in the Mall of Abilene are incredible. Specially Megan, she went above and beyond for me. I sent my ring off to be repaired and sized, later got a call that I was going out of town for work. Megan got ahold of the Jared's handling my repairs, got them to move me up in line, and got them to overnight my ring. I leave out Monday, and thanks to Megan, I'll be leaving with my ring.
I was beyond nervous so send it off, but Kay's kept me in the loop of where it was, and when I could expect to get it back. They eased my mind with all the what ifs i had. Unfortunately life happens, but Megan made sure to make it work. I'm so thankful to Megan and her willingness to work with me.”
