I was working on purchasing my second vehicle from them some years back. When one day on my break, full-time college student, I went by my grandpa's went to leave and car was gone. Long story short, Jerry's received an anonymous call saying I was moving out of state and plan on taking their vehicle. They believeed the lies refused to return the vehicle and couldn't understand how I was a single mother on HUD and full-time student why would I be leaving to go anywhere. Jerry's wife was very rude and lacked total customer service attributes.

The wife needs to change her whole attitude towards her customer's. She's rude for no reason, but so nice when you're buying the car. Afterwards, she'll hang up on you when you try to communicate with her.Change your attitude with your PAYING customer's!
