Jack's is your typical convenience store, but very nice and very clean. Some really nice people working here. I don't go in convenience stores much, but I do like a cheap, hot cappuccino. Their machine is never out of order, and they always have some of the good flavors. The almond joy and the English toffee are my two favorite flavors. You should try one! Anyway, nice store, nice people. Feel free to stop!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I’ve been going here for two years once a week and I’ve always gotten a 44 ounce cup of ice for 27 cents. I went in today and a lady I’ve never seen before tried to charge me $1.94. I told her it was just ice so its only $.27. She rudely and condescendingly said “someone’s been charging you wrong because it should be $1.94 because we charge by the cup”. I said keep your cup of ice. I’ll never come here again. The sad thing is that I’ve told so many people about how kind the employees are here. I won’t be recommending you to anyone again. One bad apple spoils the entire basket. There are way too many other stores that charge $.25-$.50 a cup for 44 ounces or larger. I’ll take my business elsewhere.

I just watched a delightful woman with a smiley attitude just clean. EVERY inch of gas pumps..every nook, every cranny and as high as she could reach. My husband reports bathroom was very clean..probably cleaned by the same woman! Way to hire, Jack's..

Clean store, great selection of items and clean bathrooms. I just wish the entrance/exits were in a different spot, or a road connected back to the mall parking lot. Trying to get out of this location at any busy time is hard because it's right at the yield sign off clack street onto buffalo gap in that turning lane that turns into the mall/Mcdonalds entrance. It's scary to leave so I don't go here that often.

Need to get your diesel pumps working right been sitting here for 30minutes to get 25 gallons. Last time I came here they where messed up and I left because it was taking to long.

I always get coffee here because they have pretty good prices. I like the laser carwash because this carwash doesn't leave scratches on my car and now it takes credit cards! Very nice environment at this place

So today I go to Jack's on Bryant for a car wash. The guy in front of me is driving a pretty clean explorer. They scrubbed that explorer, even stood on the running board to scrub the top. I pull up in my very dirty truck and they spent 1/3 of the time on it. Second time I have left there with bugs on the windows and my truck still dirty. I even tipped them 5 bucks because the lady was there and she usually does a pretty good job. So, strike 2 Jacks... I have 1 more coupon to use. If results are the same next time, Strike 3...going somewhere else
