Took them two days to dry clean 3 shirts and 3 pairs of pants. I was asked when dropping them off in the morning if I would need them in the afternoon, or if the next day would work. I told them I could wait until the next day to pick them up. I called ahead that next morning, and they told me my clothes were ready. When I got there, I was told only two shirts were done. Terrible communication on their part. I didn’t have time to come back later that afternoon since I had work, it was just really inconvenient to be told one thing and be told another once there. When I picked up, they didn’t even apologize for the miscommunication or even offer anything for it. Very frustrating experience, do not recommend.

We moved to Abilene six months ago and began using Ingram Cleaners. It has been a very pleasant experience. Mr. Ingram and his staff have been great.

I don't know how Ingram manages to have anything above a one star rating. I have given them chance, after chance and the service it awful. We drop off an average of 10 or 15 items a week and they break bottons of at least one of two shirts per order. We have taken garments in to have a seam restitched twice and had them returned to us without the stitching being done. Mr. Ingram is nice and apologizes, but nothing changes. I'll never use Ingram again.Services: Laundry wash & fold

They did not complete pressing my son's shirt that I had chosen for Spring Picture Day! First, I was told it had a stain that they needed to work more on. When I told them it was a brand new shirt, never worn, they proceded to explain it was because i asked for heavy starch which was not true. I have the ticket that shows I asked for light starch. Things happen, I get it. But don't lie. When you fail, take responsibility. Do not try to blame the customer. My only fault was trusting you to do your job. There are other options for dry cleaning that I will use instead.Service: Clothes pressing

I needed to dry clean a dress for a wedding I was going to in Minnesota, the dress had a stain on the front but they got it out!!!! They were so fast and efficient!! I will definitely be back!!!!
