I love this Home Depot. Last year, I had to remodel my bathroom. I went to Home Depot and had questions about so many things. I didn't know much about renovating a bathroom at the time and Steve was so helpful. I really appreciated his great help and any time I have question, I know to find him because he so knowledgeable!!! Thank you Home Depot and Steve for your help ?

More a contractors store, but an excellent selection of paints. Always get a woman associate to help you, the men just point in the general direction, I have found the women walk you to the item you are looking for and answer questions.

Friendly people but need more knowledge about the department they work in and the products they sell in their department. Told the person wat I needed and ended up havn to figr it out myself anyway bcuz the guy in plumbing I dealt with n worked in plumbing depth had zero idea of wat I was telling him. I bought a fitting n a hose n turned out didn't need the hose after all, so now I hav a metal water hose for a fridge I don't need. It's OK. Spare parts nevr hurt anything n it's always gud to hav a backup of sumthin.

Nice n helpful staff. Guy working in plumbing cud use more knowledge about plumbing instead of just knowing wat parts are whet. Think if I wasn't a customer that knew wat I was doing, there'd b 2 of us that didn't know wat to get to do the job right.

I purchased a new washer dryer set online from Home Depot, the next day a submitted an order for the matching pedestals w/ install because I knew I could not install these myself. The washer dryer was delivered 12/09 and went great, the pedestals were delivered yesterday 12/11 and the install was refused because the washer and dryer had been there for 48hours and the company did not want to assume liability if something happened during install. I understand this policy and make perfect sense; however, this should not be able to be purchased with install separately on their site. If the pedestals are purchased with a different order number you should not offer the install. Very poor business to leave two pedestals uninstalled that cost over 647.00 just sitting in the garage for a woman who is 5ft 2 and a 100lbs to install......I will never purchase from this company again. I have contacted corporate twice with no resolve. very disappointed.

I wanted to give a shout out to Carol. I needed 30 pavers and she quickly attended to it. I walked into the garden center and she told me that I could pay and park up front while she got those for me. She gave great customer service ?

So I walked by four maybe five different employees looking for something and I had a tool in my hand talking to myself saying where are the sockets. Of all the people finally Sarah from paint asked me if I needed anything and told her I was looking for sockets and she showed me where they were at. Then she asked me if I needed anything else. I just think it's pretty sad that all those employees walked by me and did not even acknowledge that I was there. At least I'll have one employee that's helpful

I really wanted to paint my front door about a month ago and I went to Home Depot to pick up samples. The gentleman, Jonathan, in the paint section gave me great advice about buying two sample cans instead of a pint or quote and this saved me about $20. This weekend, I went in with my whole family to look at paint colors for my oldest son’s room, the living room and my bedroom. Jonathan was working again and was a huge help. He color matched Sonic the Hedgehog for my son, gave advice on color compatibility and then mixed our 8 samples. He’s a gem and I will always ask for him when I need to refresh the paint in our home.

Thanks to the signage, I found exactly what I needed in short order. One negative: Only one checkout had a human cashiers & the line was backed up to the display aisles. Apparently, I'm not the only one who dislikes the self-service checkout. I was paying with cash, but the machine would not take my money. I finally got an employee to assist me or I would still be there trying to poke the money into the slot.I literally hate these things because no two are alike, so each model has its own manner of doing transactions. Bring back human cashiers!
