I have to say that Hendrick Med Supply is definitely better than choice Med Supply!! but I am upset because I got a new CPAP last week and I have not been able to use it because of air leakage. they tell me I have to play with the water tank every night before I go to sleep to get it to work correctly. ? it should work correctly without having to rearrange the equipment. Take the tank out. put the tank in. take the tank out. put it in again. Doesn’t that mean that there is something wrong with it? OK otherwise once again I really like the people. Sierra is helpful. Brian is helpful.
Nice people that work upfront. they’re always polite when I call.

I have read the horror stories, but I want to give a glowing report. My wife has to be on oxygen 24/7. This was all new to us. The store pulled the necessary equipment together just as soon as my wife completed her walking oxygen depletion test. It was delivered, set up and explained within fifteen hours. Our tech is a young man named Chris. He is very knowledgeable and personable. I had another question today and Chris showed up to help solve our question. I can’t say enough good things about Chris and Hendrick Medical Supply. They will always furnish our medical supply needs.

Pathetic. I had three prescriptions here over 5 months ago. I called many times over 3 months and they kept saying “we’ll call you when it’s ready. You dont need to call”. They weren’t rude, but were dismissive.
I never got the things I needed. I gave up with this place.

I guess this place makes plenty of money without my business. My doctor sent a prescription/orders for some DME but I have not heard from anyone about getting it despite my calling 2 weeks ago to find out my info was lost. I had my doctor resend it and was told her nurse talked to someone at Hendrick Medical Supply. I even sent an email to patient relations because no one ever answers the phone or returns messages. I'm already unimpressed with anything with the Hendrick name on it as they provided incompetent care to my mother in 2021 that resulted in her death. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Cpap mask broke so I needed a new one asap, checked their website which said they sell cpap masks, get to the store and there are no cpap masks and the cashier says cpap materials can’t be sold without prescription (COMPLETELY false I’ve bought multiple materials from cvs)

My first CPAP experience was great. Got the machine quickly and received reminders about replenishing supplies (filters, mask, tubing, etc.) However, five years later and since I've been on my new machine, I have received zero reminders. I went in to the office in person and got supplies (waited forever) and was assured that I would start getting the auto-remind phone calls again. Never happened. I went in again on October 3rd and there was one lady working out front...she was delightful and was willing to help. She updated my information and asked if I needed supplies, which I did. However, since she was the only one there, she asked if it would be okay to ship it. I said yes. Now it's been nearly a month and still no supplies. TERRIBLE!!! Follow up: Here it is 22 days since I met with them...when I call, I only get voicemail. 2 calls later, still haven't received supplies or a call back. Beyond ridiculous. Makes one wonder what would be happening if I had a medically fragile situation....would I get sick? Die? What's their responsibility here?

Now I understand the low ratings ..I should have seen them before I used them...I will never recommend this business to any one..wish I could lower rating, ut would be a negative...and the employees are so uncompassionate, kmon Hendricks step up your game

Hendrick Medical Supply has no customer support at all. I have attempted to buy products from them, and forced to wait in line for long periods just to find out they had not followed through on my previous visit. Terrible!

Malcom and Rueben just set up all equipment for my husband’s hospice. They were awesome. I recommend them to everyone. God’s angels at work
