Its a Great clips! And thats what you'll get! I have been to this location several times now. I like how they have notes on file about how you like your hair makes it easier and faster for future visits. I feel like I have had my hair cut by almost everyone there. The staff is friendly and easy to talk to if you'd like a good conversation during the cut. They are all artists in their field and do a great job with requests and creative freedom if you ask for advice. This will definitely be my usual place. Looking forward to next time.

This is my second and last time going to this location. My first bad experience was 3 yrs ago when I first moved here. Stylist was rude, and very unwelcoming. 3 years later (In hopes of time having passed) we went back. New team, so I had hope. Left with a bad cut, wasn't at all what I wanted but I swallowed the loss. Only to Realize when getting home that the bangs weren't even cut even all the way through, loose long strands still left. Didn't wet hair before cutting, and the result was not at all what was requested.

Honestly i never give reviews but im so disappointed, I cut hair and am a up and coming barber and as soon as they put the scissors to my hair i knew i was about to get messed up. Now i have really curly hair, so i dont mind mess ups at all, also because i know what i pay for. But i gave a full consultation of what i wanted and didnt want, and what would you assume i got? The complete opposite of what i asked for. Unfortunately I don’t have the audacity to not pay even tho they get paid by the hour. However, i give it 1 star because there is one person there who I would see every 2 months and she was actually pretty good at cutting my hair. Unfortunately I dont remember her name as i just always hope she will be there but she wasnt. So at the end of the day, if you go here you will not get what you want unless you get lucky and that one nice lady is there. I wish you luck.

I just left there. Christina cut my hair!!! She was very rude to me!! I have very curly hair. And the best way to get the cut correct is to have it wet. My hair was completely dry when she started cutting it. I was in total shock!!! The lady that does an extremely good job on my hair they told to clock out!!! Christina was more concerned about talking to the lady that just clocked out!! Unfortunately I allowed her to cut the length of my hair!!! And she unfortunately cut off way more than she should have!!! Now my hair is to my shoulders instead of past my shoulders!!!
This was a very bad decision on my part for allowing her to cut the length. But it needed a trim.
I’m sorry that I allowed her to even touch my hair!!!!

The salon was packed that day. As always though, Vanessa was OUTSTANDING in cutting my hair. She knew exactly how I wanted it and even took the time to straighten my eyebrows.
Many thanks to Vanessa, and a shout out to the other ladies in the salon; they all were professional, polite, and attended to their customers with 100% outstanding service.

This is the second bad experience I had. The first time I had was great. His hair was perfect. I had one bad experience prior and decided to give it another chance today, and I won't be returning. The stylist gives off very rude vibes. A girl with red hair and tattoos when you ask for something to be better fixed acts like she has a problem fixing it or she can't do a certain length when I had the length and style done before, which is the picture of my son in the blue, the look that I loved, and the others are what I had done to his hair today, mind you, I showed her that particular picture on how I wanted it. I understand it's a day before going back to school, so I'm sure it's been busy today, but that's not what gets me. Hair grows back and can be fixed. What made me upset is I paid with Apple Pay, showed it went through, and took my money; she claimed it did not go through. So as we are going back and forth because I guess it's going to be pending on their end, she said I have other cuts to do. I guess you just got a free haircut today, all rude, and walked away with others in the salon just staring. It was completely embarrassing. I called Apple, and they indeed said money was taken just pending approval from the merchant, which is them.

So pathetic, worst experience and a rude staff that doesn’t know what she is doing. It’s a lady with short hair with tattoes. When i told her that it’s not the cut I expected, she didn’t even attempt to rectify her mistake. Instead told me that it’s all what she could do and asked to switch to a different staff..
