Found stuff we wanted, got to the register & some items didn’t have tags, so they wouldn’t sell them to us. They could’ve priced them the same as the other things I had that were almost identical, but of course they wouldn’t. Y’all get this stuff for FREE. Stop being money hungry. Horrible experience.

The ladies here are courteous, friendly, and efficient. I appreciate that the clothes are fairly well organized which makes it easy to shop.

ive debated leaving this review for years, here it goes:
they love to say
"we give disabled people better opportunities"
what they actually do is exploit them by making them work for a barely liveable wage.
then, the minute your disability takes a toll on your ability to work, they fire you bc they only care about the business.
a few years ago, when i still worked at this location, my boss watched me have a seizure in the break room, called me an ambulance, (i have epilepsy) and the next day calls and doesn't understand why i am unable to work. then proceeded to tell me how unreliable I was.
goodwill is a joke.

Tried to buy some pants that were stained horribly thinking I could get the stains out but I didn’t want to pay almost $10 for them; they said they wouldn’t sell them and that they were embarrassed that they even went out on the rack! Then we asked if we could just have them if they were just gonna throw them away and would t sell them to us; they said “no! We’ll just send them to another store!” What sense does this make? And this was all straight from the managers mouth…

I was excited to find exactly what I needed for this evening. I got home to try on my new clothes, I was tucking in my pockets and found a bug. Not cool Goodwill. I was taking everything to the laundry room to wash, and found another live bug on the facing of a dress I bought. I used Google Lens to see what kind of bug it was, it's a dang bed bug!!! Your store is dirty and gross. These things breed like roaches. If you don't get it under control, it they will be in everything.

I was disappointed with the way they remodeled Goodwill on pine. The store looked better BUT it looks like they just went and dumped everything out of place. The clothes were not like they were. And they did not lay tile on the floor. The clothes were not the way they used to be. The brick a brack was just not in the right place. Everything was not in the right place. I hope they get it stocked neatly like it was before. I love to shop at Goodwill. I hope they can improve the store on Pine st. They also need to put the 50% off on Sundays like they used to have it. And then they ask if we would like to round up....with this inflation people don't want to round up because they want to save their money for gas.. and foodwhich I don't blame them one bit. Everything is on the high rise right now. I know I won't round up because I can't. I would rather save every dime for food or gas. They also need to open the fitting rooms already. They have had them closed since 2020.
