Wow. If you're a fan of exceptional customer service- go talk to D'Won in administration. He's the best I've run across in a long while. Terry has an answer to every question and a genuine smile the entire time. Amy always has a hug and an few words of encouragement. These people are the heart and soul of the program and the reason it works. This place changes lives daily and with love! If I was able to give more stars I would.

The Goodwill store on North 1st St. has courteous and helpful employees. The store always looks clean and tidy without smelling like disinfectant spray. Thanks for allowing easy returns and exchanges.

I have never met a more rude and hateful employee at goodwill until the other day when I went to drop some donation off, an employee named Ashley who came out to “help” me, but instead was greeted with an attitude and making smart remarks under her breath. Very disappointing at this goodwill on North 1st.

I have never found such rude employees in any goodwill store anywhere. When they tell a customer that they are just doing their job, they have obviously forgotten that the customer is their job.

I thought people donated items so that they could be sold at a very low price so people could afford to buy them. Not so others could get rich off of them, I’m sorry, I’ll probably getting banned from coming here anymore but it’s only in this one store that the prices are outrageous. I do not understand.
