If I could leave 0 stars on this store I would . Staff is rude and unhelpful towards customers , most times they either stand around and just look at you or they disappear to the back leaving customers in the store with no help . Poor customer service is no service at all .

I visited this location on January 14, 2021 to purchase new shoes for my Daughter. I was never greeted by any of the 3 associates on duty although they all looked at me upon entry. After standing around for 5 minutes and waiting for someone to assist me, I was finally approached only to be told I had to wear a mask in order to shop in the store. They couldn't provide me with one, so I happily left and made my purchase at Finish Line. Whenever I frequent this store, customer service is always cold and they act like they barely want to assist you or either they are scrolling on their phones. I am very critical on good customer service and this location just doesn't have it. They lost a sale this day and a long standing customer

I have been in this store 3 times and can never find a salesperson. No one is ever on the floor I have left without buying shoes and have just walked next door to journeys

I have come here a few times to get my son Jordan's and recently basketball shoes. This store has zero customer service you literally have to find someone to ask for help and they are usually on their phone. This store has got to be the filthiest Mall of Abilene stores I have ever been at...they never clean the floors and the benches are so filthy we couldn't sit down to try on shoes. Whoever owns this store please go in and clean house...I will be buying my sons shoes online from now on.

Stopped in Foot Action looking for a pair of shoes, that have a lot but just did not find that pair I wanted. Cool place and helpful staff. Foot Action it's not you it's me..........
