I got a call when my order couldn't be completed as described (due to availability of specific flowers with absolutely no notice) and they were so incredibly helpful. Gave me options for an alternative and made me feel confident in what they would deliver.

I ordered flowers on line. I have never had an issue before, but this time I definitely did. I ordered a memory garden to be delivered before visitation. I specifically wanted this because it was one of my favorites from my husband's funeral. I arrived in town in time for visitation and looked for my contribution to all the beautiful flowers. It was not there. The funeral home even looked in other rooms. They finally received, or found, what was delivered. I'll let the pictures speak for themselves. I am adding to this since they contacted me this morning with a refund. I am still embarrassed this had my name on it, however I am updating the rating due to the refund.

Impeccable service! I was needing an arrangement for a funeral on a Sunday. They were going to deliver it on Saturday to make sure it was there. Without knowing the arrangement I had ordered wasn’t suitable for that long, I received a call to let me know and made accommodation to make sure it would last. This is a place that absolutely cares about their product and service! I will be a returning customer!

I called early morning for same-day delivery for my MIL and Flower Boss was so accommodating with my flower preference, color preference, and budget! I told her that I’ve been skimped out on flowers with other places in the past considering having to pay a hefty price tag but she made sure to make it look as lushes and full as possible! My Father In-law answered the door for the delivery and he’s not so much a flower enthusiast but he said the flowers took his breath away lol. Thank you for your service!

My second flower order disappointed me because I am so particular. The recipient kindly sent me pics but the roses looked sad in the picture. I had been warned that they expected a fresh delivery. Next time I will send pic of what I want.
