They returned a valid check and then withdrew the same amount from my account, so we were charged twice for the same item AND also were charged return/ overdraft fees in relation to the returned check. When I called to find out, the lady I spoke with was very rude and hung up on me without resolving the issue. I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone.
