Left because they closed my account because I had a zero balance for ten days. Did they tell me about it, no. It wasn’t until I was expecting a big deposit to hit the account to realize I don’t have an account any more. Also, they need to catch up with the times. Took them forever to get Apple Pay (which is difficult to setup with them) and even a chip. Still no tap to pay with card.
I have also used them for business needs where at multiple locations, multiple times, they miscounted money, deposits and change orders.

Supposed to be open till 7. Got there at 5:30 driving out of my way to find out that they were closed. Totally inconsiderate. Why not update your website?

Been with first financial for 16 years and EVERYTIME I come to this certain location there is always an issue. Trying to get change for $120.00 and they wanted to charge me a 10% fee. None of the other first Financial Banks have ever said anything about a fee. Only this location has ever given me problems, and the customer service is horrible. No wonder your ratings are 2.4. Management should really work on the customer service at this location because you may have just lost a customer that has been with yall for a very long time over $20.00.
