I can't count on both hands the mistakes they have made without regard to their customers. The most serious is when they put a wire transfer for 15,000 on someone else's account. They never do what the say , and do the things they won't tell yoNever use this Ban unless you like your money to vanish !

This has been the worst bank I have EVER dealt with. I can’t wait to close my account. I have had two MAJOR financial issues with this in the same month! And every time I have to wait several days before they do anything about it. It’s not right! It’s super stressful and discouraging. Absolutely done with y’all.
