I love it friendly people and friendly staff the only problem I have is getting a car loan my spouse goes everyday for radiation and and soon he will be starting Chemotherapy and we need a vehicle you know hard is to pay for a Uber ride to the hospital and back home I sure can used some help the money is always in my bank account and the payment can be taken out every month

This post is specifically about a woman that works there named Elaine. My parents are aging and wanted me to be added to their banking accounts to help make sure everything keeps running smoothly, however, my mother was embarrassed to admit she needs help. When we walked in and told Elaine why we were there she immediately talked about what a great idea it was. She was so enthusiastic and comforting she really helped put my mom at ease by making her feel this is something that happens regularly. I don't know if it does or not, but Elaine's demeanor and professionalism was wonderful!

Lazy bank. Open at 9 closed at 4 most days. Lazy lazy lazy. Glad I couldn't open an account because they were closed.

Dishonest people. A little research will show that they're extremely biased. It's pretty transparent. Do yourself a favor and take your hard earned finances elsewhere.

I had been trying to log in to check my account on the app. I called several times to AFCU Pine st.. and they were rude and were and didn't care to help. They said we don't know what to tell you other than come up here. I live in Hawley. So I decided to call AFCU Catclaw the teller actually took her time to help me. She reset the pass word and gave it to me so could actually go through the process of logging in. It took maybe 5 min. AFCU Pine has horrible people working there.

Overall 5 stars with a few hiccups over the years, but that is to be expected. They are human, after all. I wish Misty still worked with customers, she was the best!

Rude rude rude people. They all act like they do not have the time of day for you and get aggravated if you have a genuine question. While the other tellers whisper and look at you. They have ben rude at nearly every location I've ben to. I would not use this credit union unless you have too.

I recently refinanced with First Abilene and was told I would receive the escrow from my old mortgage in a check. They told me the amount - a little over 4K. The refinance took almost 2 months due to the loan officer being on vacation and then the underwriters being backlogged. (This is what they told me). She reiterated they would send a check for the old escrow funds. Fast forward - after Never getting the new mortgage payment information or the escrow check I called. The loan officer said she had no idea their practice was to take the escrow money and put it toward the new loan instead of dispersement. She was very surprised, as was the woman I spoke with in the escrow department. Finally escalated it to the head manager and she would not discuss any specifics and I never received the money in any form.
