This used to be a decent spot to shop but on my most recent visit I was appalled at how the owner was treating his employee. He belittled her in front of customers which makes me wonder how he treats her in private. He was yelling at her for accidentally interrupting his conversation he was having with his doctor on speaker phone and when she apologized for upsetting him all he did was tell her she was rude and continue to speak down to her like she was his child. I should have spoken up while I was there but I didn’t want to make things worse for the employee. Unprofessional and narcissistic behavior from the owner that I hope doesn’t continue. If you’re going to discipline an employee do it in private and make it a learning experience.

We love how convenient it is for us to shop here. We live down the road and we enjoy getting to run up the street to this location. We enjoy that they offer high quality items and regularly get new things in. Although the location is small, it packs a mighty punch. Great selection. Everyone is always so friendly. Clearly this place is a favorite as it gets busy during prime times which speaks volumes. I highly recommend stopping in here and seeing what they have to offer!

I ran by for some bourbon for the New Year. I found this store well stocked, very clean and the staff were very helpful.(and entertaining... they were putting together a bar stool for the store!)I found that Filo carries most of regular liquors as well as some specialty liquors. I would not hesitate to ask them if I wanted something special. I feel they might special order for me.This business is a veteran owned business that I am very happy to shop local as well as support a veteran as they have supported each and every one of us as citizens.Mister veteran, "Thank you for your service!" I just can not say that enough!!
