I loved working in the warehouse but had to jump through hoops the entire time I worked there... Only to be let go for a driver pushing me after 5 hours of doing (at the least) the work of of 4 to 5 individuals bc we were so short handed. I should have (but glad I didn't) hit her in her mouth. Still can't believe I lost my job trying to do the right thing. Smh not worth all the B's I went trying to just pay my bills.

Terrible delivery service from this hub. Express, and ground items alike have all been at least 1 day late for absolutely no reason. some packages up to 5 days late for overnight shipping. FEDEX FIX YOUR HUB.

Fedex is the absolute worst delivery service. Worse than UPS, and that's saying alot. They'll claim they delivered a package, when in reality they've delivered it to the wrong address and no one is held accountable for your misdelivered and lost packages. Which is what happened to my package last week. I've never had excellent service from FedEx and it's very disappointing that you can't rely on any delivery services anymore.

Absolutely horrible. I have been expecting a delivery for a medical chair as I have stage 4 cancer and it's needed. The driver never even drove by my house much less came to my door to try and deliver. Now I'm trying to get it delivered and have to keep calling the 800 number all because the delivery driver didn't do their job. Now I'm stuck without a piece of medical equipment I desperately need.

I work for a school district which during holidays shipping is put on. hold. We had parts coming that we needed this week. I called FedEx office and was told they would get them on the truck. No delivery, called again and was told they would get them on the truck. still no delivery. Third day I called again and was told the same thing still no delivery. I drove a hundred mile round trip to pick them up. When I got to office I got one package and was told the other was on the truck. Guess what still no delivery. Then I get a text that says it won't be delivered until Tuesday.

If I could give less starts I would. I received a call from the office Thursday saying my address was invalid. It is a newly build hotel. She advised me that she would put package 1 on the truck. Later that day my security camera picks up the driver stop at the hotel entry for a few min and the turned around and drove off. I soon get a notification that the no one was there to receive the package. Today a package 2 was to be delivered and they never even came into the drive and I got the same message. So I called and was immediately hung on by the first call center rep. The second finally transferred me to a supervisor which after I explained everything she told me she could file a complaint on those people and send me to another Dept for a refund. After that she just hung up on me too. This place is an absolute joke and the company is following suit behind them. I have paid extremely high shipping prices and can not even get my packages to my people because they are too lazy to do their job and would rather put in the system that my address is wrong or no one was there to take the package. It’s a major hotel that runs 24/7

Tonight was my second package in a row that was delivered to my neighbor's house a mile down the road. Our address is clearly marked on our mailbox but the driver keeps leaving my packages at the first house off the highway like it's too much trouble to come down the county road! I am (as well as all the neighbors) frustrated with the horrible service we are getting. * We have been home all day both times the packages were misdelivered!

I paid to have a delivery before noon. I took time off work to make sure I was home (had to be singed for). They did not arrive till almost 2. I had gone to work by that time. Door tag said it would be delivered the following day before 10:30. Luckily I was smart this time and took the whole day off. Here it is 12:30pm and still no package.

Worthless. Package is 3 days late, still not here. You try to call and the electronic idiot only wants to reroute you to more electronic options. Finally get someone (human) you can't understand just to hear them saying the same thing the electronic idiot said, with no clue where your package is. I told them more than they told me. UPS finds our house every time, these guys don't even try.

FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address. I called and talked to Tristen later that day at their corporate number. Told me they would investigate and for me to contact the seller to possibly get my money back. Unfortunately, there isn’t a number to call for ThredUP. I called FedEx back again today to find out if they had found my package. The guys that answered today told me to contact seller, that Tristen had lied to me about an investigation, and that I wasn’t allowed to talk to a manager. I’m so angry right now I could spit! If I can’t find it through our community page, I’m going to the city to their local office.

Our Fedex Driver(Chris) drops off our packages & does not treat us like we are customers to FedEx.. We’ve had problems with him dropping off packages that are damaged and that have had missing items inside the boxes. If you ask him to write up he says Fedex won’t let him write them up....Gts, I am trying to get most of our packages dropped off by UPS at least they can write up packages and also acknowledge that we are like customers to them!FedEx Priority we have No Problems! But FedEx Ground is just plain AWFUL!!!Hopefully they’ll change but feel they have just got much worse:(

Only received half of our order, 2 items were shipped under one tracking number. Tried calling, might as well be 1- 800- WHO CARES. Can not even speak to someone in the U.S., pitiful !!!
