I want to recognize Jeremiah at FedEx Ground for truly going above and beyond. I had a time-sensitive clothing delivery that required a signature, but as a neurosurgeon on call, I was tied up at the hospital and couldn’t be home to receive it or redirect it to a hold location. Jeremiah made the extra effort to contact me once the package returned to the ground facility and personally let me know where I could pick it up. In a profession where long hours and emergencies often disrupt routine tasks, it meant a lot to have someone show that level of care and initiative. Exceptional service like his makes a real difference—thank you, Jeremiah!

If this is the abilene Tx location. Come up to the stoo sign at the bridge turn right and down the hill you will see the warehouse. To the right. For some reason the directions stop you at the top of the bridge.

Very much of a joke for customer service. Their delivery guys dont know how to read obviously. Sign on porch asking them to place packages in a certain area and instead they place package in front of sign. Pretty sad.

Paid for 2 day delivery over a week ago but still have not recieved my package because they say the weather is affecting them although both UPS and USPS have been to my house everyday that FedEx claims the weather is bad! I'm going to let all the people I order from to only use UPS never fed ex again

I needed help when we moved 6 hours away and a package was delivered to our old address. Absolutely fantastic service by the office team and driver(s)! Thank you SO much! I am beyond grateful for your wonderful assistance and kindness! Elaine specifically, but everyone that helped make it happen!

Firearm was supposed to be delivered on the 6th of January. It is now the 12th. Driver said he could not catch anyone there. Watched him and a her pull up to the gate and turn around and leave on 2 separate occasions. Filed 3 complaints with corporate, useless. Most call takers barely speak English. Shipper paid for 2 day delivery and I advised him to get his money back. Good luck!! At this point I consider it a stolen Firearm and have advised law enforcement of such.

It was like Fort Knox, not personable at all, had to stand outside fence to do business. Will say, person who came out and picked up items was nice.

Have used fed ex but has gotten out of hand with not being able to go to facility and not being able to talk with customer service they miss delivered a package so we will see if I am out of the money or they actually fix it.

No human to speak with!!! They left a package at the wrong address!!! And it had the correct address!!! With very Important papers!!! Now they went to deliver and did not leave a door tag!!! And there is no way to speak to a human to speak to about the issue!!!!

FedEx has been leaving my packages @ 7979 S. Hwy 6 & I live 7802 S. Hwy 6. One was poached 3 other I have retrieved in varies ways. To the driver or drivers please deliver to my correct address.

I loved working in the warehouse but had to jump through hoops the entire time I worked there... Only to be let go for a driver pushing me after 5 hours of doing (at the least) the work of of 4 to 5 individuals bc we were so short handed. I should have (but glad I didn't) hit her in her mouth. Still can't believe I lost my job trying to do the right thing. Smh not worth all the B's I went trying to just pay my bills.

Terrible delivery service from this hub. Express, and ground items alike have all been at least 1 day late for absolutely no reason. some packages up to 5 days late for overnight shipping. FEDEX FIX YOUR HUB.

Fedex is the absolute worst delivery service. Worse than UPS, and that's saying alot. They'll claim they delivered a package, when in reality they've delivered it to the wrong address and no one is held accountable for your misdelivered and lost packages. Which is what happened to my package last week. I've never had excellent service from FedEx and it's very disappointing that you can't rely on any delivery services anymore.
