We have a note asking nicely not to leave packages outside our business to help keep theft down but they leave our packages under the note. we also can't get our packages picked up when we schedule it. we called customer service but I don't expect anything to change.

Terrible. I drove to this location to retrieve a package that fedex says they attempted to deliver to my home (a lie since I have security cameras to prove they never even drove into my neighborhood.) The sign on the door along with the information on the website states they close Saturday at 3pm. I arrived at 1:20pm and the doors were locked. Tried calling and it’s the automated system and I’ve been on hold for 17 minutes. A guy from the back parking lot drives by, then sees my vehicle and backs up. He drives up to my car and rolls down his window and says “I’m going to lunch, I’ll be back.” This is confusing to me because I a hadn’t seen him until now, nor doI know who he is because he didn’t introduce himself as an employee. I’m frustrated but obviously I just want my package.. so I ask him “What time are you coming back?” He says “at 2.” So, now I have to wait until this guy gets back from lunch to assist me. I fully understand and respect that people need a lunch hour/breaks, etc.. however there is not a sign stating that they close for lunch. This is very unprofessional and I will also be reporting these issues to corporate. I recommend anyone with issues to do the same. I’m not blaming anyone in particular, however this location obviously has several issues and that is a management problem in my experience.

This place is trash. I showed up at 9 AM when they open at eight and there was already somebody else there trying to get in to get their packages and the guy open the door at 9 AM with his hair. All messed up looking like he just woke up and tried to tell me he was unloading a plane, then when I got my package she said there was a problem with it and my package was empty and it came from Fort Worth to Abilene and I have a hard time believing that all the packages that people in Fort Worth have moving around. Mine was the one with the tape off one side. I hope the manager responds to this review!

I visit almost every day to pick up packages from my company, and the employees are professional, courteous, and friendly almost like a cult.....JK, but seriously a great place for making copies, printing from your thumb drive (all self-serve) getting big prints made from your photos. I've seen large print jobs handled here too

The location is great however the rude manager on duty refused to accept my FedEx ground package with a prepaid label on 13/05/2022 forcing me to drive to a location almost 7 miles away. I find this strange because I have dropped ground packages at similar FedEx locations for six years now without any challenges. This needs to be addressed.

Had to return a package for warranty. I went inside and a woman opens a door and steps halfway out. I had two questions as she stood a distance off, never coming to the counter. I asked if I could insure this package even though it already had an RMA label affixed. She replied sharply "no". I asked if she could scan it to see if the issuer had insured it. She again sharply replied "we can't get that information". She never offered options or give any helpful information. The whole time I felt as if I was a bother to have even walked in. The entire time she stood halfway in the door. I hope my expensive return makes it. If the rest of the employees attitudes are as put out as hers, I may be screwed. Not my choice of shippers, but it is of the returned items company. I hope other employees have better customer service skills and an outward appearance of giving a damn.

Friendly staff and very much focused on getting things done. I tend to go here instead of the other locations around town... Easy and outbound parcels go almost directly into aircraft or long haul vehicles.

I don’t know who they have delivering their shipments but they have no idea what they are doing. I’m so beyond frustrated with them. I ordered a package for Christmas. It said it was delivered early last week. My husband was home all day & said no one showed up. I filed a claim with them & haven’t heard anything. So beyond frustrated & fed up with them! I’ll never ship with them if I can help it.

Can definitely thank these people for ruining a lot of Christmases. Never using FedEx again. Nor will I ever agree to shipping arrangements from anyone I do business with through them. Save money, headache and obvious heartache for so many
