I received 4 boxes today. Which i understand were heavy boxes however im glad it wasn’t raining today as instead of walking 6 more feet to my front porch that’s covered my boxes were left propped up against my garage covering my house number. We have a note asking nicely not to leave packages outside our business to help keep theft down but they leave our packages under the note. we also can't get our packages picked up when we schedule it. we called customer service but I don't expect anything to change.

I visit almost every day to pick up packages from my company, and the employees are professional, courteous, and friendly almost like a cult.....JK, but seriously a great place for making copies, printing from your thumb drive (all self-serve) getting big prints made from your photos.
