They were very nice people and quickly waited on very late at night. I had a dog that had a allergic reaction and had medicated her to start with. That was before I left Eastland to go to Abilene at the emergency veterinarians clinic. Once there she was examined and the doctor said he could give a steroid shot but that was all that we could do and wait to see how well that works. So they said keep an eye on her go back home and let the medicine work. If it didn't work come back and see them. I say All that, to say, they actually sent me home with no charge. The physician's assistant is doing it looked at my dog. She didn't transferred the information to the doctor so I didn't actually have a true examination from the doctor. So she said there was no charge because of that! I've never had something like that before! That's awesome! Very very nice people! If I have any emergencies ever again I will be going back. Thanks for your loving care guys.

I wish I could remember the names of the staff and the wonderful Dr that helped my Princess today 9/8. I brought her in and these ladies were so compassionate, so gentle with her. And me as well. Thank you for everything you do.

These guys are amazing we had to take are pitbull to these guys after being hit by a car.
They were at the door ready. Extremely kind and very empathetic to our situation.
For the wonderful staff members who work there night shift I can’t thank you enough for the card with the paw prints and the nose print. That absolutely made my wife’s world! Thank you very much for all your help and support for our families loss. You guys are amazing!!!

Took my 13 year old lab Molly here Wednesday night because she couldn’t stop vomiting. Was seen super fast and the receptionist and vet tech were kind. The vet, Dr. Clinton was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She addressed every issue and concern. Hopefully we don’t have to come back, but if there’s another late night emergency, we will drive straight to this place.

I would like give a big thank you to the staff, Josh, and especially Dr. Clinton for taking such good care of our family when we lost our Delilah. Dr. Clinton wanted to scan Ava to make sure since they were sisters Ava wasn’t sick as well, she is good.
I know these things happen but we have been so broken hearted. Dr. Clinton is the best!!!! Thank you all so much!!?❤️

Trash place, they let dogs die while draining your bank account. No compassion, rude, and just don’t care!! I do NOT RECOMMEND this place for your fur baby.

Great experience! I did have a pretty long wait (a little over an hour to get back to a room & then another hour or so to see the doc), but they have signs posted all over that emergencies come first and I was thankful my situation was not an emergency so I was happy to wait my turn. The tech at the front desk was so kind & I noticed she remembered every animal’s name in the waiting room and would say hi by name as she passed by which I thought was kind. The tech in the back took a good history and explained which medications he was giving before he gave them. Dr. Creech was the vet working and he was great. Knowledgeable and gave options for care & let me pick what I was most comfortable with. Prices were very reasonable in my opinion. Thankful to have services like this in Abilene.

When my dog was stung by a scorpion, I called and the girl I spoke with on the phone calmed my fears and told me what to watch out for. she told me what I could do for her while I waited and thankfully my girl was fine

Customer service is horrible
Please take your pet anywhere else to be put to sleep these people are rude , careless & unprofessional in every single way you can think of . RUN !!

Absolutely DO NOT recommend!!!!!!! We took our 3 year old dachshund coco in on Saturday 06/01 and unfortunately had to put her to rest it was heartbreaking for us. We got her cremated through faithful companions but didn’t get the paw print because we were told they would get one for us, we’ve been anxiously waiting ALL week long for it to come in the mail and today on 06/06 we finally got it and were so upset. It’s extremely smudged and you can’t even see her toe prints!!!!!! Of course we’re not happy because this is the last we have of her paw it’s not like we can just grab another print. I called and asked for the manager I was told she doesn’t come in but they could leave a message so I ended up speaking to the head of the shift a vet tech and she told me how this is a free service and it’s not going to be perfect and that we could’ve paid for her paw print, she said she’ll leave a message for the manager but she may or may not call me back (i know she won’t) I even said I wasn’t trying to be rude or ugly but coco was our family member and we wanted to get this tattooed and now we can’t! It looks like they didn’t try at all with the print and a real kind hearted person would’ve re done it before sending that to a family who just lost their pet! We will never go back. I’ve heard nothing but bad things about them and the only reason we went in the first place is because we needed her seen ASAP on a weekend.
