I ordered grocery pick up like I usually do for pick up at 5 o clock! I pull in at 5 to receive a notification it's delayed! I called and they said they were backed up it would be a few minutes. Ok I waited 30 minutes called again they said they had people coming from 9 am orders. This is where it got me. Because they were 8 hours late picking there stuff up and I was on time I was told to wait? What is the point of setting a time for grocery pick up if you're able to show up when you want to? I had my disabled child in the car or else I would have just gone in to get my things. I will not be using Walmart pick up again. Just wanted to let people know that this was unfair and wanted to make people aware when you choose a time for pick up make sure you go within your time or reschedule it's not fair to those of us that are on time!

Closing all lanes to force people to use the self checkout. While standing here several managers and employees saunter by. It seems the are trying to force us to let them fire all cashiers. I have heard of multiple people being charged with shoplifting weeks after using a self check out. So until I get new employee orientation I'm not using it. A mistake that would get a new employee retraining might get me jail time! We didn't burn down your store in 2020 don't burn us now.....do better.

I've been in line with Wayne for an hour now and there was only two people in front of us with not that much stuff. i understand he's been here for 25 years but he messed up our transaction and had to rescan everything again after waiting for 45 minutes which added another 20 minutes. I have never in my life dealt with such a slow cashier sometimes it's good to let people go after a certain point if they're not as capable. AT THE LEAST don't make him the ONLY cashier available

Walmart is about to lose my business. You find a price on the app and then drive ALL the way across town to buy it. You get there and that price is online only. The $24 price is $35 in the store. Forget that!

This place is a complete cluster flop. From from understaffed floor help that is at best, apathetic to the fact that products are misplaced and stock counts that at best are wild guesses. I've been standing here waiting for almost a half hour waiting on a person to return from the back. Merchandise litters the floor and if I had any common sense I'd be headed to the door but am determined to see it through to the bitter end and see how long it takes for him to come back empty handed and shrug.

I purchased two batteries today, paid for recycle fee and core charge. When I picked up my batteries I had my two old batteries with me to get my core charge back. Manager refused because I used "curbside pickup". Was very rude and did not give a ****. From now on I wont give a **** either, about Walmart. Isnt this stealing?

This Walmart has horrible customer service compared to 351 Walmart . Even though more convenient, will not return. I am older and have been left in parking lot twice lifting two buggies with large, heavy items and employees just look at me and once refused to help. Was talked to badly this week for going over barrier to get to bathroom. Reorganization in store this week had customers talking out loud about how chaotic and disorganized the reorganization of store is..employees seemed overworked and not appreciated.. take a look at management issues... just to know I am a Walmart advocate - family lives in Bentonville, Arkansas

I went shopping here with my 2 daughters. We bought them some cute summer outfits and some groceries. We went to self checkout and rung up all of our items then loaded up our car and headed home. When i unloaded everything as soon as i got home i noticed i was missing the bags with my girls clothes in it. I immediately called the store hoping maybe it was still there but knowing there's a chance it wouldnt be since i did use self check out. She went to check and found the bags and told me that she would put it behind the customer service desk with my name on it. I told her i would be in the following day to pick it up. Well life happened and some inconveniences happened and i wasnt able to make it back till today. I went to customer service and explained the situation and they said they have no idea what i'm talking about and that they didn't have my stuff. The customer service and this store suck!!! I am very disappointed in the walmart 535!!! I don't understand how the bag that was supposed to be waiting for me with my name on it just disappeared!?

Workers at Southwest Drive mostly the cashier leader needs to learn her job. The store doesn't follow corporate policies at all. The other 2 stores in town are awesome. Southwest drive worst walmart in the chain.

I had a awesome experience at Walmart today on Southwest I tried the check in drive up the cashier that helped me his name was Luke and he handed me a card that said he was my personal shopper which I thought was pretty cool I went there earlier who pick up my stuff and I went too early and the reception has been was really rude but it changed my opinion when I dealt with Luke I hope these actually get to the employee so that they can see how good of a job they're doing thank you

Not sure what is going on with this location. Seems like for the past year or so, they have gone downhill. The isles are always cluttered; employees are constantly stocking the shelves, but yet the shelves are empty. Huge holes where (of course) the items I came for should be. I don't know how many times I have had to settle on a different item or just not get it there. They had to put plants on sale in the garden area because they were all dying from lack of water. I have heard multiple times from employees talking together as I walked by about how far behind they are stocking the shelves. Also, customers asking for product and being told "we have been out of that for weeks". I was shocked to see that the rating for this location was higher than the 351 location too. I don't know...maybe they need to hire more people or get a different manager.

I ordered groceries at 9:30am to pick up at 4:00pm. they emailed me at 3:58pm and said it was ready for pick up. i got there and made the call that i was there at 4:06pm. i sat there, waiting for the groceries for an hour. i called twice while waiting, they said the groceries would be right out. i didn't get the groceries until 5:20pm. i understand that it gets a little busy at that time, because everyone is getting groceries after picking up their kids. but the fact that other cars got there after I did and left before i did, felt a little ridiculous. i've never had any problems with the pickup option before, besides a 45 minute wait last time.
