I've gone to the dollar general a lot, and usually I have a good experience but I went to it today and it was locked even though it's suppose to be open, there was no explanation on the door of why it's closed, and there were others too, who didn't not know of it being locked, now I know they have no control but I'm just confused

Any dollar general is usually messy and dirty. I went to this one today about 8am when they open. Needed something real quick. I go up to the door at 8:01. The store lady jumps up from the front of the doors and says 8 o’clock. I said it is 8. As she opens the door realizes I’m right she said give me a second then to get the stuff out. So yea I prob looked at her funny bc you should be at work before the store opens and have it ready. Then she says are you ok? Uhh yes ghetto lady I’m ok. I’d been a lot better if you would’ve showed up for work earlier then 7:55am. And had the store ready when it’ s supposed to be open. Rude and ghetto. Pay better and hire better. Won’t get my business no more.

About the worst shape store I've seen yet..also my sister bought a phone there that didn't work n person working there said they couldn't take em back for a refund anymore..there are no signs of "No Refunds" anywhere

Manager was nice, but this is one of the trashiest dollar stores I've been in. It's always in disarray. 9/27/21 update: new employees, new store set-up- seems like it's getting better!

This store is a holy mess and ALWAYS a holy mess. Unstocked merchandise always laying in the aisles, totes, crates, boxes...you name it. You cant hardly shop what's on the shelves because of it. The employees are nice, but there's a problem somewhere. I was just in there today and literally looks like they just threw stuff on random shelves. A thrift store...
