Great place to get an estimate for your car, they are on point, I was searching for a fender bender i was in , very pleased to have them help me , im telling you instead of going through multiple searches, please use D & D Collision first you will not go wrong .

Would be better process if D&D submitted additional repair information to the insurance company’s main portal vs. someone’s personal email, but apart from that am happy with the owners desire to have great customer service.

100% satisfied with the quality of service if received on the repairs for hail damage on my car. Five stars so far for professionalism knowledgeable staff. My vehicle has been there waiting on parts for a little while to to supply chain issues I imagine no fault of D&D and they have kept me up-to-date in every step of the process as it unfolds. Updates to follow with photos soon.

First off I would like to say that Ms.Jacqueline was amazing throughout the entire process. 2022 was my first year running my small veteran owned business. I was without my vehicle since May of 2022 after an accident and wasn't able to pick it up until December. She was understanding, and very helpful. My cargo van had to go to another shop to get the engine replaced and when I was going through a difficult time with them and my insurance company literally not hearing from them for weeks after leaving messages and calling. Ms.Jacqueline helped me get in contact with them. She also helped me not pay thousands of dollars due to the other shop trying to get over on me due to me being out of state. I will never forget her help and the work D&D did for me. I highly recommend working with them and Ms.Jacqueline!!! ????????????????

I cant say enough about how this place has gone above and beyond ... Nissan put me and my wife in a real bind by not sending a plastic bumper for over two months (still waiting) but d&d has been extremely helpful from giving us a loaner then exchanging that loaner when our new baby's csr seat didn't fit in the first one..5 star service hands down
