Great customer service ???!!!!
Very clean and well organized store…..one of the best I have ever been in!!!! The employees were not just standing around talking to each other, actually working and being productive in the store! Kuddos to great customer service and excellent employees!!!?????

The walk in service is good. Very prompt. The drive thru service is sorely lacking. Often times it's unattended or poorly operated. It's a work in progress apparently. Been using CVS for 10 years and never have I seen it so poorly staffed and operated,as now. Again, nice folks and the service if you walk inside is much better. One problem, they made we wait til memorial day to get meds I needed. Even though I had the script sent Thursday due to the coming holiday weekend. It did no good. Guess what, was told Sunday they could fill them, but they were closed for the holiday lol. See the problem? Terrible customer communication by the staff. Either they need trained or they are understaffed. Ridiculous. It's never been this poor until now. Disappointing.

This place needs to be shut down.. The pharmacy is extremely slow and very unprofessional. When the "pharmacist" (and I use that term very loosely) started to bad mouth my Doctor (who is amazing and knows what she's doing) and qustion why she would prescribe me the medication that she did and continuously asked me why I needed my pain medication, and then try and get me to take hydrocodone (which I can't take) that's when I understand why this place wasn't busy and only had two other people in the store besides me. Not only did she do all of that, but she flat out refused to fill my prescription and would not transfer it over to the Walgreens across the street (where I should have gone in the first place) Your job is the fill my prescription, not to diagnose me, judge me, or lecture me.

This is the worst pharmacy ever to go to I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone whatsoever. They are so dumb and don’t know how to do there job the proper way

Really needs to be 0 stars. All they seem to get ready is excuses. It's always we're working on it. The script was sent over, over 24hrs ago and it's still going to be 30 to 45 minutes. And I'm sure that's only because I came in person to check on it.

They never answer the phone! Not once have they ever picked up when I have called. I've called all throughout their hours, and they have never bothered to answer. To make it worse, their website never has my meds listed in my account! It's always showing a blank screen or a "website is having issues" message. It's a total mess and an utter waste of time. Don't bother with this location, it's not worth the headache.

Sign said they’re open until 9p but apparently they changed to close at 8 even closed the window while I was the last car in line! Super unhelpful and not friendly.

This visit was to the pharmacy for a prescription drop off for my daughter and the customer service there was the worst I have had. I went inside to pharmacy and was not greeted or noticed and there were 2 employees at the time. I was the second person when I walked up and even being second they took all the 4 customers who came in after me to pickup and around 4 in drive thru for pick ups first before me “Fast service if u need to pick up.” Me trying not to be rude I did not burst out and said something through this whole visit instead I was second guessing if I should go across the street to Walgreens but I stayed. So after feeling invisible and now only 1 employee there i was asked wut I needed. I showed prescription note and then after letting know it was for my child I was asked for prescription card Info. I was able to get online and pull up my prescription card on my phone and it was not what they needed but i came last month and had no issue or was asked for card. I Had to call to do my own prescription Caremark verification while other customers were being helped “I did not know they didn’t have me or family info on file since I have CVS Caremark and last month didn’t have this issue.” I Was there a lil after they opened Sunday morning 12pm, and after everybody else got serviced before me I got helped I was told to come back at 3pm to pick up but when I went back at 3pm It was not ready and was told to go back 20min later which finally 430ish I was done with all this. Long explanation of how I won’t be using the pharmacy on Willis St again and worst customer service so far for me from anywhere.

Love this store never crowded so you can shop leisurely, pretty much have everything in stock most of the time employees are nice as well ??

I will be changing pharmacies asap. Extremely rude pharmacy staff. Too long of a wait to get your meds. I turned in a prescription for pain medication one week before my moms surgery. I called everyday to see if it was ready. They did not have it ready until the day of her surgery. Sorry excuse for a pharmacy.
