I went through the drive through and the cashier Rebecca was hard to hear. I tried to ask some easy questions she refused to answer or even talk to me. She got mad when I asked about the co-pays and my insurance and charged me for two of my prescriptions I didn't want and didn't give me one of the ones I needed. Nor did she inform me that one was not approved by my insurance. I ended up taking extra time to talk to a different team member. What could have lasted 3 minutes ended up taking 20 minutes. I will not be coming back to CVS.

I do not understand how this pharmacy is still open. We have been using CVS at Buffalo Gap road for at least 20 years with occasional minor problems However, the last few years have been unbearable. We moved our prescriptions to HEB and Walmart and it's been better. I wanted to get an older script filled today and called this morning to speak to pharmacist. After holding 16 minutes, I had to use my phone so I dropped off. I tried again after lunch but same thing, then again later, same thing. I called again and said I wanted to talk to someone up front. A man finally answered and I asked him if they were open, he said yes, I asked him if there were any pharmacist and he said there were 4 working back there. He said he didn't know why they weren't answering but he would transfer the cal. l back there and he would go back and tell them. After another 10 minute hold I gave up. Very poor service!!!

Changed Pharmacies to both WalMart & Market Street. Walmart prescription was $8.00 with Good RX Coupon. See photos above for what I was charged at CVS , Buffalo Gap. This is a Generic item that they took advantage of the pricing.Paid over $200.00 for what should have been a $12.50 - 60 day supply. Still no apology or offer to make this right by CVS even after I emailed and called to complain in May.Went to Market Street Pharmacy on Buffalo Gap. Thanks to Sarah & Debbie for processing my 60 day supply of medicine. Cost me $12.50 total.

Go into speak to pharmacy and got ignored.. do not go here.. all other reviews are paid advertising. This place will be shut down. Zero customer service. Trash. Trash. And more trash. Will be contacting headquarters.

Worst place I've ever been to. I just needed stamps! No one running registers, no employees in sight, had to just leave without them. Will not be returning.

I called in for a prescription refilll. The lady at the store said she is the only one in the store for picking up calls, filling prescriptions and attend drive through customers. And they cannot give an estimate of approximate pick time for it. They need more employees for sure. Than complaining to customers about being short handed. Not going back.

I got off due to there being a long line in drive thru.There was only one person in front of me and I seen the ladies working drive through handle all cars got them in and out while I still waited more than 25 minutes. Stick to the drive thru! Plus the lady with red hair has no customer service skills! I will stick to drive thru, the ladies there know how to do their job!

Big thanks to Victoria! I was able to save 40% on my Rx meds through coupon on my phone, if she didn't assist me I won't be able to save money. She was very professional, polite, has a great sense of customer service and knows the ins and outs and she did not left me hanging.

Was really surprised no issues getting my refill I expected a issue because Iam from Arizona but the girl was really pleasant and helpful within 15 mins I had my prescription and on my way. Seamed to be a clean environment.

I'm in cvs and there are 4 chicks working. I stood here 20 minutes, ZERO customers had fully been helped, zero phone calls have been answered and when the girl FINALLY spoke to me. It was to tell me she couldn't help me even though my prescriptions are already here AND I've been notified electronically that they've been filled since yesterday. In the SECOND line I've been waiting another 10 minutes while the girl, who has been helping the same woman for the last 30 minutes tells her "it [the system] just doesn't like it [her insurance information]." FORTY FIVE MINUTES LATER I just left. They not only do not have any of my meds in stock (remember it was FILLED YESTERDAY AND IS SITTING ON A SHELF) but they "CAN'T" transfer a prescription to another pharmacy. Oh, you can and you will, child. You can and you will. I've been using CVS for YEARS across the USA and this is the ONLY time I've had such a bad experience. Yikes. Seriously.

Worst customer service by Megan at the drug counter. Rude and put out for me asking a question
