This place is very trash they charge twice as much as the cars even worth on Kelly blue books and everything is high mileage, there buying these cars probably for $1000 and selling it back to you for $10000 don’t rush into 1 of there cars unless you know what ur getting into. We bought a 2008 suburban in a rush because we were out of a car and they sold us it for $7200 and we just found out it’s barely worth 20% of what we bought it for !! And we’re finding the same cars on Facebook with less mileage for $2000-$4000

I brought a car from there like almost 2 months ago and still haven't gotten title paid 1700 cash and still no title and I went up there and the so called boss was even cussing in front of another customer that's very unprofessional kind of business so people don't use that car lot

Bought 3 cars from here in the past and all ran pretty good. Katie is 100% great and amazing and they work with you when you need it. Only 4 stars because the other guy that works there i dont feel is very trustworthy and basically tries to get you sign paperwork when youre still asking questions about the vehicle. Just ask for Katie or wait for her because she’s the best one to work with.

These are some really nice folks and a good place to buy a quality used vehicle. I like dealing on a smaller lot where you can visit with the owners and know who you are dealing with..family owned and operated.

I thought I had a really good car. Come to find out that the car had bad struts, causing me to get in a bad highway accident, and the car is total. I almost lost my life. Too accidents in 3 days.

I understand the "As Is" policy in the state of Texas, however, morally, the As Is policy is horrible. On October 1, 2015, my daughter came into this company to purchase a vehicle. I came earlier in the week and looked at the Ford 500. She was willing to purchase it because she goes to Angelo State and needed a vehicle to go to work. She does not make a lot of money because she has a part time job. We came in on October 1st to look at the vehicle and for a test drive. The owner's daughter, Katie, who was very gracious, assisted us. We could not see how many miles the Ford 500 had and Katie contacted her father by telephone. He stated the Ford 500 had 190,000 miles, however when Katie "tricked" the vehicle into thinking it had a oil change, the mileage was 250, 000 plus miles. My daughter did not purchase that vehicle. However, Katie gave a $500 discount on the 2001 Silver Grand Prix, we purchased the vehicle for $2,740, which included tax and license. We immediately went and put new tires on the vehicle, had an oil change, and installed a new stereo system. . After only six (6) days, the vehicle began badly smoking. She took it to a shop and it was determined that the pistons were gone and she would need a new or rebuilt engine. She immediately contacted CROSSROADS MOTORS business and was told that it is probably overheating and there was nothing wrong when she left. Well, there is a lot wrong with the car. We do not have $2,700 plus to purchase JUNK. Because Katie was so nice, i thought they would try to remedy the situation in some way. She did call us to say that she would talk to her father. He called and was RUDE, MEAN, and talked IGNORANT! After speaking on his 40 years plus experience with vehicles and giving hypothetical situations that would discount the information provided by the other mechanic, he stated there is nothing he can do. That is only because legally, he does not have to. I get it. It is my opinion that he is morally bankrupt and not a good person to do business with. I, personally, would not be able to sleep at night. 10/22/2015- Interestingly, no one since 1998 had an opinion or compliment about this company until me and my daughter spoke negatively about it. Now, some people give it 5 stars. Ha! Anyway, this is my last post regardless and I wont ever come back to this site. I am in agreement that the service from Katie was excellent. I dont believe the owner replied to me because it sounds too professional, caring and concerned, which he is not. And it emphasizes the situation with the Ford 500 and not the issue at hand..but, nice try. Katie was open and honest , but the owner was not. Had it not been for Katie, we may not have known that the Ford 500 actually had 250,000 plus miles on it prior to the purchase. The vehicle that we bought was faulty and with major engine problems after the first six days....All I am saying is that He did not care or have any compassion that she GAVE away $2700 for JUNK. It is his right not to care and I accept that. It takes a special kind of person to be in this profession...May God have mercy!

I bought a car from them & six days later a lot of white smoke comes out the exhaust pipe & the oil got real low real fast. I took it to a mechanic & he checked it out and Told me the piston rings was worn out, which means I basically need to get a new engine. I talked to the owner today and all he told me was I & the mechanic was wrong without even looking at my car himself. He continued to interrupt me & my mom while talking to him about the problem. He acted like a complete "know it all" , & very rude about the problem. He has low skills in customer service obviously , he didn't try to help us at all. He just tried to shut us up basically . I would never ever recommend anyone buy a car from there ! The owner is horrible & rude! He didn't care that he sold a lemon car at all!! DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
