I was at this store on 2/15 with my mother to help her transfer her ACP benefit to cricket. We went through the process and the guy had the wrong phone here went to get the right phone but they were out of stock. He tells us to go to the location on Buffalo Gap and even called to make sure they had it. 2/16 we go to cricket and they are unable to process the transfer and nobody can figure it why. I called the ACP customer service and they told me that he benefit was transferred to cricket on the 15th and then canceled on the same day. When they cancelled it they unenrolled her from the program and bring after the 7th she can not be reenrolled. So I go back to the original cricket store and spoke with the manager Jacqueline Thetford. They tell me it is important for them to remove her benefit. She calls ACP they tell her the same thing I told her. She already had a bad attitude and then it became worse. Shrugging her shoulders and saying there was nothing she could go. Being very rude and dismissive. At this point I'm very mad I tell her that somebody needs to go something about it because it was her employee that caused this. She rolled her eyes and said I can't do anything about it. I told her that cricket should take the loss through April when the benefit ends and she laughed and said yeah right. She is probably the worst store manager I have ever interacted with. I highly recommend avoiding cricket wireless and especially this location. I tried to call cricket wireless customer service but since there is now a phone number they have no way of looking it up and so they were off no help whatever. I will also report this to the better business bureau as well as leave a review for cricket corporate and blah them in social media for the way they have handled,or not handled - actually, this situation

My review doesn’t so much reflect the overall company as this particular location. My husband and I signed up for cricket phone service at this location last night. Before we paid, I asked the employee what all the total we were paying for included. He said a new phone, phone service, and activation fees (items we had agreed to). When we left, I looked at the receipt and noticed we were charged for the protection plan without either of us agreeing to it.I went in today to request a refund since we never signed up for the protection service and the same employee said it’s his boss’s policy to make the service plan part of the activation fee so we couldn’t do anything, that we could only remove the service from our plan moving forward. No one ever said this to us and it’s listed as a separate fee on the receipt from activation fees. Additionally, the cricket website says this is an OPTIONAL add-on. It cannot be required if the company says it is optional and says nothing about it being required for activation. We were not given an option to decline.I called the cricket customer service line after this location failed to provide any assistance and they provided a solution by crediting our account for the fee.I don’t know if this employee is caught in the crosshairs of simply trying to make a living and a supervisor’s unethical policies to get higher sales/commissions or if this is his particular method of making commission, but it reflects poorly on the overall company and takes advantage of the consumer. I hope not all cricket brick-and-mortar stores carry this same mentality.If you decide to use this location, make sure you check your receipt for fees you never agreed to. Don’t go back to the store for help, because they will not help you - either try another location or call the main cricket line.

First month with Cricket, went in and prepaid for the month and instead of the phones staying on, they shut all 5 off.

Jacqueline was amazing helpful and patience. Even with a full store she was amazing. Didn't show any signs of over whelmed or frustration. Great store associate. One of the best crickets I have ever been in. Highly recommend coming and seeing her for your phone needs.

Very rude e ery time. Today I had to come help my step mom program my father's new phone. Just because his wife asked if they could start openeing and setting it up. The lady got an attitude. And said she did have to help it's not her job. She was speaking so rude to the elderly. Made my step mon feel bad and apologized if she thought she was being rude. . They need to shut this store down. Nothing but rude, lazy people work here
