The rooms are dirty. They claim to clean rooms and change sheets every 3 days, but I have been here for 5 days now, and they still have not cleaned or changed the sheets, even after I have requested it twice. Don't come here.

Our sports team stayed at this hotel for a weekend tournament and my daughter left her Apple Watch in her room on the morning they checked out . She called that afternoon to see if it had been turned in but, at that point, no one from housekeeping had reported anything. Desk clerk took her name and number but no one called back. FOUR WEEKS LATER, her team stayed at this same hotel and, although it was a long shot, she asked the desk if anyone had turned in an Apple Watch … and it was there! We are so impressed with the HONESTY and integrity of the entire staff, from housekeeping to front desk!!! THANK YOU!

DO NOT stay here unless you want to get accused of smoking in a room with 3 kids. I got charged $250 for something i did not do, all because a housekeeper decided to lie. Prior to that the rooms were DIRTY and beds were not made. The guy had to move me 4 times until we finally found a decent room. I want my money back

The service was fantastic, especially the breakfast attendant!However, our room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly. The cover on the bed had hair all over it. There was still food in the fridge from the previous person.The worst part was the toilet broke every day we were there. They did fix it quickly every time.

The comforts of home, mostly, with the fun of not washing the linens. Ironically there's a guest room for washing clothes but no clothes washer or clothes dryer in there ???????

Comfort suites in abilen texas on Interstate 20 ..my wife worked for comfort suites for over 7 years and was fired for having a bad attitude towards the new owners after cutting her pay more than 60%. The ownes did not care about her bills or family after 7 years of her doing all they wanted . They actually cut her pay then wanted her to pick up more duties. Well she was up set and three days later they fired her. Also let go of another employee over the same issue.Noteworthy details: So after 7 years choice hotels fired one of there employees that stuck around and did all they asked.

Very comfortable beds, nice clean rooms, large TV, hot water with good pressure in the shower and reasonably priced. Whether you are stopping by for the night as you pass through town or you are in town for work, I highly recommend this hotel.

We really enjoyed our stay and I love the staff. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and make you that you enjoy your stay. The breakfast is awesome, and the lady who makes the breakfast is awesome. She makes sure everything is the way it should be, and she is very humble and kind.

The location was perfect, although the rooms were clean they were also a little dated but tried to look good. Our bathroom door would stick, the dining area was nice with a pretty good breakfast choice but you couldn't eat in that area if you brought your own food it was closed up with chairs on the tables....the internet was never available in the business room.....unable to do any work for the 4 days there....watch your charges for your rooms....our kiddos fought them every single day they were there and kept running their card after their room was paid for and another party was dealing with the same issues.....

Let me start off by saying booking was a breeze and my requests were met. The room smelled good as we walked in. The bathroom sink was dirty but when I brought that up with the front desk she said she could send someone up to clean it. I told her if she could just bring me something, I would do it myself. The shower absolutely sucked. The kids spilled water on the floor after bathing and I used the floor mat to clean the water up and the towel was dark brown. It just showed the floors aren't being cleaned properly. Would I stay at this location again, YES!

This hotel is the BEST in Abilene! The cost is excellent, if you have an issue, they help almost immediately. I forgot my computer charging cord in a different room, and within 10 minutes, they brought it to my new room. The pool is clean and very comfortable. This hotel is clean, the breakfast is AMAZING! They have eggs, bagels, toast, sausage, and original or blueberry waffles. The waffles are HUGE! This hotel is very family friendly and smoke free. This hotel is quiet and in a safe area. I traveled alone and felt 100% safe. The A/C was so cold, I had to keep adjusting it. The shower is clean, the bathroom has plenty of toilet paper, a hair dryer, and the room has a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I stayed here for 4 days.

Front desk was a little rude when we first checked in but made up for it in the long run. We went to our first room and it had wet wash clothes in the shower, a nasty white stain on the couch, and a bug by the couch. Went and told front desk and because of our troubles were moved into one of their suites. It made for a very comfortable stay for 2 days. That room was nice, spacious, and clean. Pool was a little murky, but my kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was probably a 5/10. But over all, I'd stay there again.
