Had a bit of an issue and was incredibly frustrated and worried about my husband!!! After speaking with Ty, he was able to get it all straightened out and went above and beyond to take care of my husband. Definitely appreciated since my husband takes 3 blood pressure meds due to his sleep apnea and needed to get back on his machine ASAP!!! THANK YOU TY, AND WE WILL DEFINITELY RECOMMEND YOU TO FRIENDS & FAMILY!!! ?

I came for a cpap, and Sid was the one who helped me. He's a gem that Choice Medical has. He felt that I was going through some things and let me talk for a minute.
Before I left, he asked if he could pray for me. God knew I needed to be here today.
I would also like to add that Darrell was awesome as well. Very kind and nice man.
I'll definitely will continue to use Choice Medical for all my supplies needed.

This company employees are exceptionally helpful in answering questions and product delivery is very prompt and the order correct. Sid the inhalation therapist has been so helpful over the years. Plus the staff in the Brownwood office very helpful as well. I moved from TX. and now living in GA. Which doesn't provide the one on one personal care that Choice Medical Supply does. I miss them. Very thankful for Choice Medical being so close in proximity to where I live, also for being so quick and friendly with questions. We were leaving for an out of state trip and they worked so fast for 2 days to get me approved and have a machine before we left! How awesome is that!
I had to be fit for a cpap machine which felt scary but Sid was helpful, thorough and put my mind at ease with answering all the questions I asked and forgot to ask. He took his time explaining everything and was very friendly and helpful! I would recommend this company to family and friends.

My appt for CPAP was at 9:00. I got right in. Sid, respiratory therapist, was great. He explained everything well and answered questions I had. He took his time with me. Overall great service!

My experience with the people at Choice Medical Supply has been excellent! Sid helped me get what I needed to correct my sleep apnea and now I'm sleeping better and feeling more energized to not waste time taking naps and missing time with my family.
