Idk who it was I talked to but they did seem rude just now....normally id shrug this off and go about my way, but if I've been banking with y'all since I was in the military from 2015 id appreciate some kind of general phone etiquette showing some appreciation. I understand business gets busy and theres people in line up there.

Haven’t gone into the branch for a while but today I needed to go inside the lobby and entering the branch it was busy but was greeted by Courtney an employee at Chase. It was great to see how she greeted and had conversations with us and others waiting in line and helping out. She made the atmosphere pleasant, and everyone working there had great smiles on there faces which made this visit great.

I’ve been using the drive through/commercial lane at this location for the last few years. The tellers are so friendly and have great communication!

The drive-thru is pretty outdated, but if you go inside, the staff is very friendly . I have never had any issues either.

I come to this bank 4 to 5 times a week, never has anyone been rude or unkind to me .when I walk in they all smile and say welcome and I feel welcome.

I will give 5 Stars to Dawn, who worked hard to take care of several issues. A supervisor was rude, telling her to hurry up. He had no idea what all she had been doing for me. Typical management - barking orders in front of people to show their self-perceived power. Sad that Chase has shut down so many branches. This is a 200+ mile round-trip anytime I need some face time. And with ruse supervisors, I can see folks going elsewhere.

PLEASE DO NOT OPEN ANY KIND OF ACCOUNTS WITH CHASE.First of they have the worst customer service and for every question you have they say there is nothing they can do about.They restricted my account and they won’t release it.What bank in the world doesn’t let you use your own money?Chase is absolutely a f… joke . Get out of there everyone. Look at Their reviews just 2.3 .
