Emma was so polite and understanding of my situation and offered me great advice to ask my current representative to save more on my rates. Customer service is almost dead, people are rude & short--until you meet Emma! I have never seen anyone so kind, respectful, or hard-working as she was with us, I surely hope your employer takes good care of you, because you are a tremendous asset & are passionate about helping people! A great fly by company to get insurance with. Promptly supplies policies not in accordance with what you were asking or needing. Fantastic at "easy to make a quick buck" on service fees and month to month policies. Looking for something reputable? Not this place but they will get something written for you anyway. Needing to cancel? Perfect apparently this company only writes policies. If you need SERVICE for your policy sorry calling the wrong number there. Call the headquarters bc you will not get anything handled locally just your money taken.
