B. They are not glowing examples of southern hospitality
C. They have extra requirements for locals for no apparent reason which is REALLY annoying
D. They wanted a $300 hold on credit only...no debit...for a $53 rental.

I had to return a rental to this location and I never received a receipt and then my rental somehow ended up in New Mexico. It's been a nightmare trying to get the receipt to match my travel dates and get a refund

The staff is very nice but this is NOT a corporate Budget location for car rental. No Quickpass capability Off airport Limited inventory High mileage cars Again staff very nice and professional.
