Lousy, they claimed they were open today September 12, 2021; and were not. We responded to annoying text messages about having to update a SIM card.. we went in and the girl switched SIMS and after a few minutes , she said well your phone is locked now. We were told to contact old carrier to unlock. We did, we're told they couldn't help because it's been over 6 month that is was released and placed on Boost. Then we're told that the phone isn't 5g so that's why it's locked. Well we didn't request the SIM. They messed up a Note 9 and won't replace it. Since we can't be without a phone.. went to T-Mobile to get a working phone.. Boost would not release the number or give us an Account number Sorry excuse of customer service!!

Terrible service horrible customer service locally and at corporate. Nobody knows the answer they said to check with the local store they said call customer service at headquarters. Dont show up the pay a bill or to get when the sign says openthere won't be anybody there until they feel like coming in an hour or an hour and a half after they said that they would be open expect that to be the norm

I give only one for today cause I got here at 9:45 and worker said not open till 10 plus I still got to go to the Bank it will 10:15 and here it is 11:0£ and still not here
