“Fast and efficient work by a local company owned and ran by a military veteran. Lots of fly-by-night popup tents after hail storms but never there when an issue arises. Dent Control took care of the smallest minute issue I had and I will be back if the need ever arises again, but it’s west Texas with hail storms and parking lots full of old people serving whiskey dents ????”

“If I could shout from the mountain tops what a wonderful group of people I had an opportunity to work with today I would. I came in to the collision center hoping at the very least to get an estimate on some damage that I did to my bumper of my Volkswagen golf. I was super embarrassed about what had happened the further I was quite upset as I was not aware of where I needed to go in the first place. I had contacted Volkswagen about the damage via their website and they responded back with an email to contact Wendy with a phone number. I contacted the phone number spoke with Wendy told her I would be there before they closed and gave a brief description of what was going on with my car. She said that they would definitely have to look at it and to just swing on by. Not knowing that they were here at the collision center I went to Volkswagen instead. I was told by Volkswagen in a not so nice way that I had come to the wrong place. Once I finally figured out where the collision center was I was promptly greeted and I apologized for the look on my face. I was not a happy camper. The lady who was at the reception desk was super nice and had me fill out some paperwork. Wendy came out and we met officially. Mike who was at his desk asked what had happened at Volkswagen. I told him how horribly I was treated and he apologized immediately. Wendy told him briefly what was going on with my car and to go ahead and take it back and see what they could do for me. They did everything they could to get my bumper back in place and they did it quickly and efficiently. They are super nice folks just being around them for the short time I was I was I was calm and felt at home. That's what service should be like no matter where you go. If anyone asks me where to get their car repaired body work wise I will recommend this place above anyone else!!”
