A year ago wife took her vehicle in for a tire rotation and to fix an alignment that was obvious positive camber, botched by Tom's, twice. BCT got the alignment right, but in the rotation process cross threaded 2 lugs on wheel spacers that I am just now finding myself. Now because the particular lug studs on these spacers are seemingly unobtainable, I have to purchase a new set of spacers. No one can just be honest any more.

I had to have my Big Country Tire alignment redone about 75 miles later by a competitor because it was botched so BADLY. Every aspect of it was out of whack. I've got the before and after print outs to prove it. My steering wheel was not straight, the truck was still pulling to the right. The truck drove different, just didn't feel right. Upon calling back, the manager wanted to contest me over the phone that my steering wheel was in fact "perfectly" straight, and I'm sitting there looking at it while I'm talking to him. The only thing they were willing to do to try and remedy it was swap my front tires side to side. They weren't going to put it back on the alignment machine, at least that's what I gathered by the tone and language of the conversation. The manager wasn't being rude in any way, he was just telling me what they were "willing" to do. At that point I decided I wasn't taking it back in for them to try and correct it and chose another shop. It took the guy at Toms almost 2 hours to re-do because it was so jacked up. After I had Tom's re-do it I asked Big Country for a refund for the bad job and was supposed to get a call back from the owner to discuss that and never did get one after nearly 2 weeks went by. I'm not calling THEM back and I'm not going to chase down my $99, I'm just going to write it off and obviously never return.

They have been so helpful during a stressful move for us. They helped my husband both with the selling of his car as well as checking on an issue with my car. We had previously purchased tires from them as well

Can’t speak more highly of this company. They are quick, helpful and friendly. I made a poor choice previously buying tires from another place and moving forward will not do business with another tire company. Thank you guys for helping make this a little easier.

I needed to get a flat repaired. I have never been to Big Country tire, but I decided to give them a try. I was in, and out in a little over half an hour. It was pretty quick. Everything was clean, and organized. I will certainly come back for my future tire needs.
