Big Country fixed my truck much faster than I expected. They worked with my insurance to cover every little part, down to the stinger on my receiver hitch. The truck looks like it did when I bought it new. It had a huge scratch down the side of the bed, and you would never know it was there. They were very open with communication. I would strongly recommend them to my family and friends.

I took my car there expecting it to take weeks to get to my turn and then wait for repairs. I also expected it to cost an arm and a leg! Instead the people at the desk, on the phone and in person were helpful and knowledgeable. They got my car in the next day and I picked it up the next morning! My car runs so much better. I was considering just buying a new car but instead quickly and for less than expected my car is running better than ever! I highly recommend!

I’m really impressed with these guys! I had an issue with the window on my drivers side and was told by a different repair service that it would take at least a week to fix and over $800 for parts and labor. Big Country Collision was very patient with me and took the time to help me understand what exactly was going on with my window and was able to get the parts I needed and have it repaired by the time I got off work the day I brought it in! They also found the best deal for parts so I wouldn’t have to spend a fortune. I was able to get my window fixed for less than a 1/4 of what the other repair service was going to charge me. I’m incredibly grateful for them and being willing to help me out, even for something very simple. I will definitely come see them first if I ever need to come back for something!

Horrible experience. I was charged for new parts, paint, and labor. And all my parts were recycled didn't need any painting or labor. I was basically charged 4200 for a 1500 dollar job. Worst place to go. Very unhonest people, I wouldn't trust my vehicle at their shop ever. Be sure to double check the invoice and make them show you the old parts. Or honestly just go somewhere else
