I was in the store Saturday, had my battery numbers and machine it went on. The guy looked it up couldn’t find it. Called an associate he told what I needed. Went to put it on wrong one wouldn’t fit. Went back this morning sales girl was very rude and argued that it was my fault I got wrong battery. I finally said here’s your battery return it for credit. She was still arguing about it I said give me credit and l’m leaving.I wouldn’t rate a 1 but you have to so it will post

I'm unsatisfied with what he done with my iphone, he did fix the screen , tho my information was very much needed, he just didn't understand that. I'll recommend the service to someone else . .

Zero communication and gave us 3 different days/times our kid's iPad would be ready, all for them to not even fix the device properly. The home button does not work and they still had the nerve to fully charge us. What an absolute joke of a business. Others must have got lucky, but I see why they have several other poor reviews. Onto the next business to see if they can fix the issue.

Unprofessional and the guy lied about my alternator malfunctioning and I went to different places they checked that one for me obviously he was wrong !

I would give them zero stars if I could. I paid over a $100 to get my screen fixed and the girl there did not fix it correctly. I came back the next day and they told me to leave it and to come back in an hour. Came back in an hour and they hadn’t touched it and told me it was okay. Brought it back again and the kept it for another two hours and still not fixed. Came back last week and the young guy told me to bring it back after 5 on Wednesday and he would change the screen. Went back on
Wednesday and the girls there said he went home sick and to come pack Friday. Went pack on Friday and got the run around. Went in today and the young guy that says he would fix my screen acted dumb like he didn’t tell me to come back and he would fix it! I wasted over $100 on ppl that doesn’t know what they’re doing! I will be calling the owner on Monday!

I have called multiple times to see about battery installation and every time they didn’t have someone. Whoever is running the show/company needs to staff people. I can only imagine how overworked your current staff is.I have worked at an understaffed place before and it’s hell so hopefully they step up and help you guys

Replaced the battery to my car key fob and broke the chip in the process, making it useless. Had to go pay $200 to get it fixed somewhere else? wasn’t even offered a refund or compensation of any kind.

I waited 3 weeks for them to fix my phone and for the part to come in it finally did so I took my phone there I while they were fixing it they broke my phone I recommend not taking your phone here .on the good note they bought me a new phone .

I’m a happy customer. Excellent service provided right before they closed. I felt bad about showing up so late but they were so nice and friendly still. Battery in my car was under warranty and it was the fastest battery change ever. 11 out of 10 stars from me.

Had battery problems while in Abilene. Saw Battery Joe's and stopped just to ask for pricing. Mindy cleaned our gunked up battery terminal, ran diagnostics on battery and alternator. Had a new battery on and car running within 30 minutes of arriving. Micheal and Mindy saved my day out with the kiddos. We were chllin at the park before the kids were even upset. Thank you guys so much!! It also helped that they didn't break my wallet as well.

Manager is always sick, or has a family issue to be out of work and not get promised work done. I'd say 9 months of waiting is long enough! Great work when done though!

Michael did an amazing job at fixing my charging port here. My phone being a Samsung s22, he fixed it in a matter of seconds. I would suggest everyone to come down here if you ever need help with your phone repairs. He was a friendly dude as well :)

All I can say is WOW on the customer service!! Mindy came out to my house and replaced my battery. Les than 5 minutes. She was quick nice and smiled and alls I will say is Battery Joes has my business forever!
