Customer service sucks. When someone calls. Answer the damn phone like your customer isn't an inconvenience, I will take my business elsewhere before I trade with a company that employees people that have lack of respect!! Sad. Cause I like this place. Or liked!

This AutoZone on Treadway was extremely helpful and courteous. The employee, Jake, even came outside in the rain to install my windshield wipers for me. Thanks Jake. 5 stars!

Ethan did an amazing job testing our old battery and installing the new one! Really appreciated the manager also coming to assist with helping remove the old battery! Very friendly competent service at the Treadway Store.

Autozone is a great parts store. They have good prices and selections and if they don't have something in store they will contact another Zone in town or order what you need. They also price match, you can't beat that. In my experience, on Treadway and on Sth 1st in Abilene TX(these are the two places I always go), the employees are always willing to help without attitude, that's a big plus for me...

Ethan went above and beyond! We stopped to grab some groceries as we pass through Abilene & our alternator went out. Ethan delivered the much needed part, and then to our great thanks and desperate need, came back after he closed and helped us finish installing it and made sure we got back on the road safely!
